伊貝羅斯塔精選玫瑰堂套房飯店 - 全包式(Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites)

Everything was great except some workers were rude and for the fact that I payed so much money for 1 night, we didn't have any toothpaste since we forgot. Furthermore we were told we have to buy it from the gift shop which didn't open until 9am. Very disappointed. I had to eat breakfast without brushing my teeth. I feel like there should be certain things at a 5 star all inclusive hotel since we're paying so much money for 1 night.

Las instalaciones excelentes, bonitas, muy confortables, excelente comida, una felicitación al cheff Oscar. El servicio del restaurante resultó muy malo por el personal de meseros, mucha distinción del trato hacia unas personas desplazandonos a los demás.

My wife and I just returned from a 5 night stay for our 15th anniversary. Overall the trip and stay was great! We stayed at the beach resort 15 years ago for our honeymoon so decided to stay at the suites this time. Resort - nothing bad to say about the resort. The beach is beautiful, plenty of things to do, and the pools were great! Room - the room was pretty good overall. There were some cracked tiles in the bathroom and some updating needed but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so not a big deal for us. We had an ocean front suite with a balcony that was amazing views day and night. Staff - amazing! Everyone is there to assist you with whatever you may need. Daily restocking of drinks in the room. Front desk, concierge, waitstaff, everyone was so friendly and helped with anything that you could possibly need. Overall great trip, would definitely return to the suites!

這是我們住過的最糟糕的住宿之一。這應該是一個特殊的時刻，因為這是我們的周年紀念日，我們正在慶祝懷孕，這太可怕了。我們沒有收到預訂中註明的度假村積分，以及我們住宿期間的其他問題。我想要退款！

Beautiful property, staff friendly and helpful. Service at the beach was non existent but I also grabbed the last chairs at the beach for little peace and quiet and I’m sure the servers were all mobbed by other guests before they were able to get to me. Nothing that couldn’t be solved by taking a short walk to the pool bar. Food was really good! The beach was amazing!

We stayed at Iberostar Grand. Liked it very much overall. However, we noticed that there were no exit signs in any of the hallways!!( Where to run during a fire?! ) Kept on getting lost several times. The furniture inside the room is covered with some oil to make it shiny... did not like that, had to wash hands before touching my clothes after opening the closet door. There is musty smell in the room that would not go away the whole time we were there. The service was great though! Everyone was extremely friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. Kerrisha at Grand and Shedine at Suites were very helpful! The selection of food in all the restaurants was amazing! Everything was fresh, clean and tasted wonderful, except for the French restaurant. Will definitely consider coming back again. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at ibero and would rate it a 8/10. The location is close from the airport but a bit of a drive to tourist destinations such as negril and Finn’s fall. The property in itself is great with a lot of amenities and activities for all ages, the staff is amazing and welcoming. The food was average no much variety in the buffet on a daily basis but okay.

This is a great property with very good service staff, clean and good entertainment. Their buffet is good but their individual restaurants need to improve their food quality. Oriental was better but Greek or Sea food place or Italian have a long way to go to match buffet food.
