No water to wash and shower. When contacted reception told it would take 5mins when it was obvious that there was a major issue! Very unhelpful customer service and worse than none existence. Because I booked via ********* they refused to compensate and deflected the issue explaining how they rate. The inconvenience of no remote to watch TV is insignificant compared to no water and not being able to shower prior to a business meeting. I won’t be staying there again, there are other chains that care and neither will my colleagues.
