斯蒂爾沃特Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn by Marriott Stillwater)

What I really appreciate it was the friendliness of everyone on staff. I showed up to check in at five and was not able to get into my room immediately which made me kind of sad, but the lady at the front counter explained that they had been shortstaffed and I get that. When I got to the room, I noted a couple areas that needed attention. In the kitchenette silverware, utensils, and glasses were dirty. I ended up washing a load of dishes so that I could use the utensils during my stay. The one recommendation that I would make is to remind staff to be mindful of kitchen items being as clean. The other problem I faced was the showerhead as it didn’t work to full capacity-room 410 if you’d like to check on that at Residence Inn in Stillwater. Half of the water was pouring from the faucet while the other half trickled from the shower head.

There aren’t tons of options in Stillwater but this one was one of the more expensive hotels and did not offer much. No restaurant or bar and the pool was tiny with no lounges. In other areas in OK I would expect to pay $75 less or so a night for what we got. Nice location though.

Always nice and clean. Problem I have is the price gouging for special events. I stayed for one night for $128 and wanted to stay one more. So I looked at booking the same exact room again and it jumped to $709 just because it was graduation weekend. Shame on you and all the other hotels!

Very clean and quite. Spacious suites, it made for a really nice stay for me to work remotely while my daughter attended a week-long camp at OSU. We will definitely be back! Loved the neighborhood and area to take walks in.

The most positive thing I can say about this property was the women who checked us in was very kind and helpful ! The rooms were fairly clean when we got there , but they never cleaned or brought new towels . The elevator floors were dirty and sticky our entire stay ! The front desk help seemed More interested in being on their phones than actually helping anyone. I usually really enjoy Marriott residence inns but I won’t be going back to this one again!

Pool could have used a little attention it was disgusting where we couldn't swim but wasn't clean either. Probably could have been a little cleaner in the halls and such but we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and anytime we needed anything they were sure to get it for us.

Excellent!! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. This was our first stay in Residence Inn but we will be staying again.

The kind & friendly staff acknowledged us everytime we came within eye sight. The breakfast was convenient and the gentleman running it was very considerate. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel! Front desk was hospitable and quick. The room was great! Comfortable and clean. We spent time out by the fire pit before calling it a night. Definitely recommend.
