基斯塔早安飯店(Good Morning Kista)

On September 23, I made a reservation at this property after checking in what currency I could pay in upon check-in, but did not receive a response from the property. Upon arrival, the hotel employee did not accept payment in euros, did not agree to a deposit in euros until the morning, and the check-in was at night, the exchange offices did not work, they were not allowed into the hotel, I had to spend the night on the street. At the same time, money was written off from the card with the comment “they didn’t show up for check-in,” in fact, it wasn’t my fault for not checking in, since there was no response from the hotel, although a request was sent. After the money was written off, a request for a refund was sent to the hotel. The hotel did not contact. Two weeks later, a repeated request was sent, a response was received that the hotel does not accept cash, but this information is not on the hotel’s booking page and the hotel was sent a request in advance, to which the hotel did not respond.

Överlag bra, men saknar eluttag vid sängen, och ett skohorn vore bra. Man skulle även behöva byta tätlister i fönster då det drar ordentligt.

Bästa hotell i Stockholm kan man säga. Så trevliga och hjälpsamma personal. Clean and beautiful rooms, near to bensin station and Mcdonalds as well as Kista. I loved the place. I will recommend it to my friends and family to stay here when ever they come to stockholm .

L’hotel è vicino (5 minuti a piedi) alla metro (costosissima: 10 euro per un biglietto X due adulti e un bambino). Non è una struttura all’avanguardia, ma è pulito, ha il parcheggio privato ed un rapporto qualità prezzo (per la Svezia/Stoccolma) molto buono.

The Hotel was clean and well laid out, breakfast was good. Restaurant struggles with a Macdonalds and KCircle all offering food sharing the same car park. The room was adequate, a good shower but limited choice on television

L'albergo è perfetto per coloro che desiderano visitare stoccolma in giornata senza sosta. Il centro di stoccolma si raggiunge via metro in 40/50min. Le camere sono molto pulite anche se a certi tratti datate. La reception è 24/24h. Davanti all'hotel c'è un mcdonals e un CircleK.

A little bit on the outskirts of Stockholm, but easily reachable by Underground. Good place to visit the town at 20 minutes from the centre. Good to have a McDonald's in front and practical for car/bikes.

The hotel was nice & clean . Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was every room had 2 single beds but wasn't that bad . I'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was good . The usually stuff . Could have had a halal option.

乾淨清新的酒店，床很好，早餐很好，還有免費停車場。以優惠的價格找到更好的酒店並不容易。反正我不記得我成功了。
