斯托爾斯旅館 - 前貝斯特韋斯特斯托斯飯店(The Inn on Storrs)

Chemical smell overboard! Really terrible, we all had headaches. The pool was something else - they put so much chlorine in that it starts to sting before you even get into the water! We mentioned it day one to front desk, day two to cleaning staff but nothing was done about it. Last day it smelled like a smoke bomb went off in the hallway. This is decidedly on our skip list.

Me gusto el Jacuzzi o hot tube y la piscina, no me gusto el arrea donde me tocó pues no pude descansar ni dormir, se escuchan las puertas cuando se cierran y abren y la puerta tenía defectos y entraba la luz y se veía hacia fuera. La empleada del Livy muy servicial. También decía desayuno continental y lo que dieron fue muffin y China y guineo. Eso son Snack no es desayuno. Gracias a Dios qué hay un Mc donal al cruzar la carretera.También habían personas con bebidas alcohólicas en la piscina donde habían niños y fumando en esa área. Las camas muy pequeñas. Solo volvería por el hot tube!!!

The room was very dated, but also very clean. The main things I didn’t love were 1) smell of carpets in calls, 2) Room had no actual window. The window looked out into the hallway, 3) the light outside our room in the hall seemed to be on a timer, but at first it didn’t work despite it being dark in the hall. Then it did finally turn on once really dark.

Good for a night but saw no staff except at check in. Free breakfast was mediocre at best and lacking options...oatmeal...cereal...muffins...only 2 yogurt flavors. A far cry from when it was a Best Western. Could not turn on heating/AC unit if I wanted to sleep as it sounded like a spaceship landing. Thankfully it was not super hot or cold outside. As stated before it was a clean place to sleep and take a shower for 1 night.

The room had some indications that it was not thoroughly cleaned. The pool was very hot - hotter than the jacuzzi- and the jacuzzi had excessive harsh chemicals that prevented me getting in. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special (yogurt, cereal, store bought mini muffins). Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel advertised that they had a free breakfast…what they put out wasn’t even a continental breakfast. The only coffee they served was decaf. No juices at all. Muffins and yogurt and packs of oatmeal that we could mix with warm, not hot water, it was all so awful. Really ******* should not advertise this as a place that serves breakfast. I would like an explanation from ******* about what breakfast is. We paid a lot for this room

I liked the fact that the room and bathroom have recently been updated so everything was shiny and new. I don't like the design with room windows facing into a corridor which also means that the room has no fresh air and is stuffy. I had to have the AC on all night which was noisy.
