Arrived late to a dirty room..2nd room toilet didn’t flush..restaurant claws for refurbishment not informed..staff rude..never again..countless people complaining

Great stay. All I needed, I use this hotel all the time. It is currently getting refurbished, so far it is looking very nice! A shame that the bar cafe is unavailable, however the new rooms are amazing. Can't wait for the works to be finished so I can visit again. Staff absolutely wonderful as always!

Closure of bar and cafe due to refurbishment left us with no breakfast on a Sunday when nothing else was open

Hotel is based a sort walk from the city centre with car parking facilities. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which we were aware of beforehand. Unfortunately the rooms don’t have air conditioning and become very hot if facing the sun.

Previously very good, but now overpriced and charged for refurbished premises when the bar and catering were a building site still. Rooms stink of fresh paint and bathroom was filthy. Customer Services of the company is a joke, but at least they still have good staff at the location. By the way, their staff at this location don’t agree with management increasing charges so how can you expect the public to?

The hotel is in a great location, it has local parking which is a bonus, is clean and comfortable but customer service was poor. Also be aware that the cafe bar is currently closed for refurbishment.

Room was cleanish but we arrived at 22:30 and it was absurdly hot, even though it had only been 23 degrees during the day. No one on reception and so we coped the first night. Managed to take another guests fan on the second night as again no one on reception. When we did raise this with reception they said it was just how the building was designed and nothing could be done. Would hate to stay here in an actual heatwave. Plenty of parking and a 20 minute walk to the centre of stratford.

Cheap, great value. Exactly what I needed. Stayed in one of the new rooms, absolutely gorgeous. Amazing for the price! Currently the site is under construction, however I can say that this will be 100% worth it. The new rooms are looking amazing, will visit again.
