Room was very clean. The breakfast was unacceptable. They offered sliced white bread to toast. A waffle maker. And 4 small yogurts available in the fridge. Coffee and juice. No muffin...no bagels...no donuts or pastries or fresh fruit. We didn't expect eggs and all that goess with them. But what they offered was extremely pitiful. 😕😞😬

Bon hôtel avec qualité prix très intéressant. Seul le petit déjeuner était tout les jours identiques pendant 3 semaines, ils auraient puent varier un peu sinon très bon.

Horrible! Busco un hotel q acepten mascotas me sale este hotel hago mi reservacion y luego de un viaje de 16 horas con mi familia donde hay niños pequeños llego al hotel a las 1:30 am para poder descansar y seguir mi viaje hasta Illinois y me dicen q la unica habitación q tienen disponible no aceptan mascotas después q me cobraron el dinero.. tuve q irme a buscar otro hotel en donde descansar con mi familia y mi perrito.

Only issues I had was not being able to park in front of my room. And house keeping knocking and opening my room.door at 10am when checkout isnt until 11. I was still asleep in my bed.. no one should be opening my door till they know Im checked out. Period.

Very basic. No frills. Thin towels & mismatched. Tiny bath/face soap. Leak in bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was continental. No hot foods. Not the 7.2 rating given on ******* or Bookings.

The hotel is older, but in good shape. Rooms are larger than most hotels. But, supplies are in short supply; they give you a sliver of soap, you have to ask for replacement toilet paper. If you are not ready to have your room cleaned with their first pass, they do not return. Location is close to shopping and restaurants . But, we could hear trains running all night. Felt like new ownership that hadn’t got a handle on how to run the business. People were very nice.

We were told breakfast is served from 5am-9am and Sunday there was nothing beside juice and coffee.
We kept our Do NOT Disturb on door and even told housekeeping that was outside we didn’t want anyone in the room. We came back later that night only to find out someone was in our room.
