晴天俱樂部飯店(Sunny Day Club Hotel)

W tym hotelu byłam z moją rodziną 2+2 (3 i 7 lat) na 2 tyg. wakacjach. Hotel Sunny Day Club jest położony zdała od zgiełku centrum i promenady ale wystarczy 5 min spacerkiem i wchodzimy na piękną czystą i szeroką plażę i promenadę która ciągnie się przez ok. 8km do samego centrum tętni życiem od rana do rana :-). Przy hotelu znajdują się sklepy apteka restauracje wszystko czego potrzebują turyści. W sam hotel Sunny Day Club jest bar gdzie serwują dobre drinki i zimne napoje i restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem polecam pizze jest przepyszna. Jedzenie jest bardzo dobre a porcje dość spore obsługa uprzejmą chodź widać że już zmęczona. Hotel to moim zdaniem 3* dla bardziej wymagających nie polecam. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie ręczniki wymieniane co 2 dni bardzo miłe Pani pokojowe pomocne i zawsze uśmiechnięte. W pokoju mały telewizor lodówka łóżko podwójne i amerykanka rozkładana nie wygodna nie wiem jak córka na tym spała. Pokoje chyba wszystkie z widokiem na basen w dzień gwarno ale w nocy spokój. W basenie woda mocno hlorowana ciepła. Co do śniadania to monotonne 3 rodzaje płatków miód dżem i czekolada. Sery 3 rodzaje ogórki pomidory 2-3 wędlin oczywiście wędliny lokalne tz. coś na kształt mortadeli i coś jak nasz kindziuk takie ja miałam skojarzenia sery białe i pomidory obłędnie pyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i nie powinien wyjść ze śniadania głodny. Co mnie wkurzało to brak kubków na kawę (kuchnia nienadążała) i cukru. Jak mąż poprosił o cukier to zależy na kogo trafił czasami był a czasami mieli to gdzieś czy jest czy nie. Ogólne wrażenie pozytywne hotel czysty obsługa w miarę lokalizacja jak dla nas super na pewno tam jeszcze wrócimy.

Замечательный отель. Доброжелательный персонал. Особенно следует отметить администратора Галину, которая старается оказать помощь всем в любых вопросах. В отеле свежий ремонт, новая мебель. Чистая, ухоженая территория. Вкусная разнообразная еда. Море совсем рядом в 5 минутах хотьбы. Очень рекомендую! Не пожалеете!

Hotel/Appartement prima locatie 6 min lopen van het strand en boulevard. Kamers zijn echter zwaar verouderd. Personeel receptie zijn vriendelijk in het restaurant minder. Ontbijt prima, maar avond eten niet best en zeer weinig keuze dus beter boeken zonder HP. Supermarkt bij het hotel maar ook aan de overkant de grote Aldo supermarkt en bakker. Al met al een prima hotel qua prijs en voor de kinderen een leuk zwembad met 4 glijbanen.

Stayed for two weeks and spent most o it in our room due to mobility problems there wasn’t any sunbeds to use there is people actually sat on them saving them at 6:30 am lots of arguing over beds as people just take your belongings off them if you go bar or for a swim most of the beds are in the shade Not much going on in this hotel apart from the drinking kids coming home gone 5am and waking everyone up Food awlful and well the coffee is a joke latte is the size of a espresso that costs 5.50 lev Staff I can honestly say rude unhelpful and very weird apart from the pool bar man and the money exchange bloke and our cleaner was really lovely Rooms are massive but sadly very very dated but clean free Aircon a bonus but that’s it I cut my foot open on broken glass in the bedroom the first day Pool has definitely seen better days slides fantastic though but stops you using full use of pool which is far to small for size of the place and pool side bar really needs to be reused it’s pretty pointless under used it could be great Staff definitely chose who to like and dislike and this is due to your nationality and how much you have payed to how they treat you Sadly I will not be back for a second visit to this hotel Nor will I be returning to Bulgaria in the future this was our 6 visit and the vibe and feel of sunny beach has changed and not in a good way rude vile people food not great anymore and I’ve got to say has gone up in price a hell of a lot and I’m sure most places now water down there drinks so you are paying more but getting less too

I stayed with a family of 12 late June leaving 2nd july. Other than the pool use this hotel doesn't offer very much. The pool bar is advertised and yet it was never open. My son was charged 20lev for losing a bed sheet, how can a 16 year old just lose a bed sheet?!. The bed sheets are not changed as regular as expected. Don't order plates of chips in bulk, because you won't get as much as if you'd ordered separately and they will be undercooked. The hotel is in a great location but the food offered under a booked bed and breakfast booking is disgusting. The food ordered under the restaraunt was okay but expensive compared to other places we used. The hotel staff very rarely acknowledged you walking by even if you make a point of looking at them to greet them. The cleaners mopped around you during the busiest times of the day, if you dared walk by, you'd be met with a terrible attitude. There was a lady with a brunette Bob, she was lovely. There is no entertainment and no where other than sitting on the balcony or rooms to socialise if you didn't fancy a walk into the *****. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

We had a great stay 2 families in 2 x 2 bed apartments. Checked in at 1400, it was easy and completed without a fuss. The hotel is kept clean, our room on the south east of the complex over looking the pool was kept spotless daily by our cleaner Reni, she was excellent. The pool area is a bit small but adequate for what we needed, the kids enjoyed the slides and pool area. The pool bar was closed but the hotel bar was a mere 15seconds away, no issues. Staff generally polite and courteous. The attached restaurant Cpt. Duck was nice and worth the visit, there is two more bars close by, friends and lira both worth the visit also. The beach and shopping area is only 5mins away by feet. Transportation, bus/taxi is located outside the hotel. Cash exchange at good rate located in the hotel. All in all a great trip with the family, already booking for next July 2024 and will request the same apartment.

I don't think the reviews on here are accurate. All staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The food was lovely, the room was lovely very very clean. All the staff work very hard. The location was excellent. Close to everything. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. Definitely will be returning. Had a wonderful time.

Having read all reviews I was very surprised at the criticism of this hotel,yes it needs a face-lift in some areas and the staff and cleaners were friendly and the breakfast was plenty to eat could be warmer but plenty to eat every day,I would definitely return to this hotel as a base.

Just returned from this hotel would I go back def not . The rooms need a update r bathroom toilet had a leak reported it to reception came rite away and said they fixed it reported it again to say toilet was still leaking never fixed it the room next door had same problem ended up having to put towels on the floor .breakfast was terrible cold food no cutlery wen asked for cutlery was told been 10 mins no use wen trying to eat ur food .staff were rude and didn’t care was told by one of the staff not my job wen u asked for anything.not friendly staff at all need a lesson in manners don’t work hard all year for holidays then not have a nice time away.sun beds were plenty but uncomfortable to lie on if u wanted a mattress u had to pay for it but were very flimsy .def not be returning to this hotel again
