Отличный отель! Чисто, красиво. Персонал хороший, все прилично! Завтраки хорошие. Некоторые писали, что нечего есть и все одинаковое. Не соглашусь! Выбор хороший. Кайфанула тут от души! Спасибо галеон! Очень рада , что попала именно сюда

Top! Confortable, propre. Je recommande ce lieu. Buffet du petit déjeuner est complet : sucré salé. Lieu calme par rapport aux complexes voisins! Pas d'animateur ! Parfait pour se reposer. Seul bémol les bains de soleil de la piscine qui sont pas confortables.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Zimmer sind nicht wie auf dem Bild! Wir haben ein Studiozimmer gebucht, haben laut jungen Mann an der Rezeption ein Upgrade in Form eines Appartements bekommen. Das Appartement war schmutzig, alle Möbel (Tisch, Kommode, Schlafzimmergarnitur) waren verstaubt. Das Badezimmer und der ganze Raum stank nach Abfluss. Nach dem Duschen oder Toilettenbenutzung verstärkte sich der Gestank. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Appartement monatelang nicht bewohnt war. Die Fenstergläser waren sehr schmutzig mit zahlreichen Fingerabdrücken. Nach Rücksprache mit dem jungen Mann an der Rezeption hat er uns versprochen das Zimmer neu zu reinigen. Die Bitte um einen Zimmerwechsel wurde abgelehnt mit dem Grund, dass die Zimmer im Hotel alle gleich sind. Nach einer Stunde waren wir wieder im Hotelzimmer und es hat sich nichts verändert!!! Bei erneuter Rücksprache mit der selben Person an der Rezeption war sie gleichgültig und hat uns nur dumm angeguckt und die ganze Zeit sich wiederholt, dass alle Zimmer gleich sind und dass es jemand geschickt wird zum kontrollieren. Im Endeffekt die versprochenen Reinigung und die Kontrolle des Zimmers wurden nicht erfolgt, was einem 5-Sterne Hotels garnicht entspricht. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption zeigte auch keine Bereitschaft und zu helfen. Zum Glück waren wir nur 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der einzige Vorteil an dieser Unterkunft war die Größe. Das Gute an dem Hotel war die gute Lage. Der Strand war nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Poolanlage ist sauber und gepflegt.

The food was excellent. The service is definitely on the level, the waiters are very nice and polite. The price matches the quality for sure. I had never eaten such a dessert, it was very nice. I will be back for sure!

A beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, spacious room/apartment and a choice of indoor and outdoor pools to swim in. The breakfast was so varied, something for everyone. Reception staff were lovely, especially Tori who was exceptional; she was so welcoming, friendly, informative and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel, thank you Galeon.

If you want to start your summer with problems and having to take care of everything this is the place. I strongly advise prospective guests to explore other options in the vicinity, before settling on Galeon Hotel, as there are numerous places around with similar price tag that deliver a significantly more enjoyable and satisfying experience. Galeon is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not even 3. From the moment I arrived, I was met with series of disappointments that overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Below I have described everything in details, as it was shared at reception before. But they are “very busy” there and can't do much. About the parking: (0/5 stars) 1. Everywhere from the hotel they wrote that you cannot make a reservation for the parking lot. I was surprisingly asked when I arrived if I was one of the two people who had reserved a seat in front of the hotel. Think if you know someone from the hotel, I think that's the secret. And, come with a car that costs more than 200K, otherwise better by train. 2. After I asked to unload the luggage, before moving the car (they create such a stress because of this) for which the bellman helped me, I asked where to leave the car. I was told to wait 5 minutes for the Shuttle to come and escort me to the parking lot and take me back to the hotel. While waiting for the “shuttle” to come outside I was told there would be a 15 minute delay. I asked them if they could drive my car and they said they had to call two people and it would have been more difficult. The 15 minutes turned into an hour, then the Shuttle came. A very nervous man in a 20-year-old Audi came and escorted us very furiously to the parking lot. And then it just disappeared…. They called him and he said he had a lot of work and couldn't drive us back. We were just left in some parking lot, in the evening. We walked by foot, thank goodness there is a GPS to navigate. 3. The parking lot is full of dog excrement. Be careful, especially if you are wearing formal shoes. You can then use the shoe shine machine at the hotel, which hasn't been cleaned since at least the last century. 4. Don’t forget anything in the car, you have 10 minutes walking + 10 minutes back, to take your belongings. About the room: (1/5 stars) 1. Definitely not the square footage that is described. People are leaving their belongings outside the room, in order to fit in. 2. The air conditioner (rather, it’s remote) sometimes works, sometimes it resets to factory settings. Randomly. It takes 2-5 minutes to turn it on or off. 3. The bed is a good size, but the duvets are a maximum of 120 centimeters. This is not a duvet cover for two. I asked at the reception for an additional one, it didn't come. Travel hack: Rotate the blanket 90 degree, to be able to fit 2 persons. 4. The cleaning women are very nice and helpful (+1), ask them for extra towels because the hotel management relies on you using the sun during your stay. 5. One of the toothbrushes that the hotel p

On appearance this hotel looks lovely but looks can be deceiving, on our arrival this hotel had only been open a week for the summer season, we was greeted with friendly staff & given information about the spa & time for breakfast. When we entered our room it seemed nice with a separate bedroom which had quite a large comfortable bed although low to the floor. A living space again with a comfortable L shaped sofa. The curtains was very dirty & hanging off the track. The bathroom has a water boiler & if you don’t switch it on you’ve got no hot water. The shower had nowhere to store your toiletries so had to keep them on the floor. Some days we had towels removed & not replaced. The outside pool area was tidy however the sun loungers were very uncomfortable and at 10am they play a radio station through various speakers quite loud around the pool, not very relaxing. The breakfast at this hotel is awful, the food is very limited & not hot, I found this a food safety issue. One morning they ran out of bread! A lot of staff in the restaurant doing nothing but chatting with each other. I really can’t believe that this has a 5* rating.

I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . I was then told i was to eat in the restaurant which was now opened , but was having work done . There wasn't a very big choice , or either was the food hot . When i informed the hotel manager of this she told me it was because there wasnt many guests. I had paid for a five star hotel bed and breakfast. While the accommodation was lovely , the service wasnt . I will definitely be a regular visitor to Bulgaria , but i would never stay at this hotel again.
