Sunny Beach Club - Adults only

Ich habe das Hotel gemeinsam mit meinem Freund für 6 Nächte besucht. Bereits am dritten 3 Tag wäre ich gerne heimgereist. Im Hotel angekommen, wird man weder freundlich begrüßt noch irgendwie in Empfang genommen. Wir bekamen unser Zimmer zwar sofort, aber dass war auch schon der einzige Pluspunkt. Im Zimmer angekommen, waren wir bereits das erste mal geschockt. Der Boden ist uneben, es gibt überall kleine Stufen und das alte Hotel ist einfach billigst übermalt worden, ohne viel Geld zu investieren. Das Badezimmer gleich einem Verließ. Der Abfluss der Dusche befindet sich unter dem Waschbecken. Geht man also duschen, steht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Noch dazu ist der Boden so uneben, dass niemals das ganze Wasser abrinnt. Die Klimaanlage ist total laut, wie auch generell das gesamte Zimmer hellhörig ist. Die Terassentür lässt Lärm durch, genauso wie die Zimmertür. Vor 22 Uhr braucht man gar nicht ans schlafen denken, und mit aufgedrehter Klimaanlage sowieso nicht. Die Betten sind mit billigen Federkernmatratzen ausgestattet - Kreuzschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Das Zimmer wird täglich sporadisch gereinigt. Wir haben einmal versehentlich Limonade am Balkon ausgeschüttet. Dies war 2 Tage später noch am Balkon zu sehen und wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Buffet Essen ist sehr traurig. Das Salat und Vorspeisenbuffet ist täglich (Mittag und Abendessen) gleich, genauso wie die Nachspeisen. Gegrillt wird täglich Faschiertes, dazu gibts es Pommes und Gemüse. Überkochte Nudeln mit Sauce und Pizza aus Fertigteig runden das Angebot ab. Ich war schon oft in ALL inklusive Hotels, aber so ein schwaches Angebot, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nach dem 3 abends war die Gang zum Buffet eher eine Qual als ein Erlebnis. Zu trinken gibt es die einheimische Getränke. Die soft Drinks bestehen hauptsächlich aus Sirup mit Wasser. Die Pools sind nett, Liegen sind den ganzen Tag über frei und vorhanden. Eine Reservierung bereits morgens ist nicht notwendig. Alles in Allem, entsprechen die Fotos auf der Website keinem Stück der Realität!!

Что понравилось: близкое расположение от пляжа, 2 бассейна. Что не понравилось: еда однообразная и невкусная. За неделю пребывания одно и тоже меню, и вроде достаточно всего, а есть не хотелось. Территория маленькая. Номера с очень дешевой отделкой и плохой шумоизоляцией, мебель и ремонт самые бюджетные. Полотенца у бассейнов платные, лежаки неудобные. Лифт на доаольно брльшой отель только один и почти всегда был занят, неудобный факт. Отель , на мой взгляд на 3 звезды, но никак не на 4. Молодёжи 17-22 летних очень много. Кому на потусить наверное самое оно, если хотите комфорта, то не советую.

Zacznę od pokoju: brudne jak cholera. Kapa na łóżku z widocznymi pomarańczowymi śladami, wanna z rdzą, słuchawka cała w kamieniu, ciśnienie wody słabe, raz leci zimna woda, a raz wrzątek. Ręczniki śmierdzą stęchlizną, w sumie nic dziwnego jak układają je na stosy po wypraniu i kładą je na ziemie gdzie popadnie. Do przykrycia dają coś na styl prześcieradła. Jest do dyspozycji jedna mała kołderka na dwie osoby, ale była bardzo brudna, co stanowczo odrzucało od użytkowania. Windy: są 3 z czego jedna lub dwie zwykle nie działają. Są bardzo stare i jadą bardzo sługo na porządane piętro. Guziki często nie stykają. Jedzenie: okropne, jedynie co ratuje sytuacje to pizza i desery. Śniadania bardzo słabe. Jajecznica z proszku z dużą ilością wody. Jak kto lubi. Gdy chcesz 4 naleśniki to dostajesz 2 i musisz na nowo ustawić się do kolejki (to samo tyczy się pizzy). Mięso fatalnej jakości. Polecam jedynie kurczaka, ALE UWAGA często jest SUROWY. Jedzenie często bezsmaku, aby doprawić sobie danie trzeba szukać solniczki i pieprzniczki lub zwędzić komuś ze stolika. Krzesła w bufecie wiklinowe, haczą o odzież i są niewygodne. Zatem nie polecam ubierać nic drogiego w to miejsce. Jedyna rada to siadać na swoim ręczniku. BASEN: dwa baseny z zimną wodą, oczywiście niepodgrzewane. Otoczenie wokół basenu, a mianowicie leżaki bardzo brudne. W trakcie mojego pobytu nastąpił silny deszcz. Obsługa nie ściągnęła poduszek z leżaków, przez co każdy zrzucał rano poduszki na trawę. ALKOHOL: prawda leją ile chcesz, co z tego jeśli jest to fatalnej jakości alkohol i każdy zalatuje spirytusem. ,,Barmani" nie znają się na przygotowaniu drinków. Są to młodzi chłopcy z okolicy dorabiający sobie w sezonie chcąc wyrywać cudne Panie z hotelu. MUZYKA: zależy od DJ'a choć często puszczał te same sety w ciągu mojego pobytu. Jedynym plusem są opaski hotelowe i dostęp do Morza Czarnego. Tak czy inaczej, jeśli planujesz się tu zatrzymać przemyśl swoją decyzję :)

The food is repetative and mediocre. For 3 nights we are served the same thing every day whether we like it or not. The rooms could be cleaner and definitely better furnished. The atmosphere in the hotel itself is quite noisy and certainly not recommended for children.

The hotel is a weak one, without many facilities, it is 3 stars. The food is extremely bad and very little for an AI type hotel, the dishes are repeated every day, the cakes are not edible and very little, the drinks are the same, very poor quality. The pool is large, enough sunbeds if you occupy them immediately after breakfast, the water is clean and treated. The beach is public, crowded and at a distance from the hotel. the room is not cleaned, only the towels are changed daily, the bathroom looks pathetic compared to the pictures shown on the website.

LIKE: nice atmosphere at the pool, JBL audio speakers through the garden, cool lobby space, fast check in, fast check out, All Inclusive bracelet also opens the room's door, walking distance to Nesebar Old Town (aprox. 25 minutes). DISLIKE: they don't offer room slippers, the room is not equipped with Smart TV, the All Inclusive bar is closed after 23, the industrial interior design ..... concrete is not my favorite design.

Hi all! First of all, I would like to note that on the official website of the Cook’s Club hotel chain there is no mention of the Cook’s Club Sunny Beach hotel. And for good reason. You can’t disgrace the image of Cook’s Club with a hotel like this. Apart from the design, there is nothing in common with other Cook’s Club hotels. Food for 3, service lazy and slow. I was especially pleased with the preparation of an omelet for breakfast by one cook in one small frying pan, which creates huge queues. Drinks of the highest quality, all included, it's just a waste of money. I would also like to mention the extremely unfriendly reception staff, especially Stella. Very unprofessional and rude. Bottom line. Don't expect a real Cook's Club atmosphere here. Cook's Club Sunny Beach IS A CHEAP IMITATION and not worth your money.

The hotel was very minimal nicely decorated food was rubbish not much option and always cold no entertainment at all except for abit of music all inclusive drinks where cheap alcohol and juice indoor pool and hot tub cold and musty staff not very help for except for reception overall i wouldn’t come back as i had to spend a fortune on nighttime activities just to keep my self entertained never staying again

The worst cooks club I have ever stayed in! The food was appalling! Do not do all inclusive! The staff on reception were so rude. Got woken up a lot at night! No security in the hotel! The rooms were okay however we paid for three people and got a pull out camp bed. Staff were unhelpful when we complained about this. Definitely think this is for a young crowd! Pool area was the only nice part. The plates weren’t cleared and the seagulls ate all the scraps! Overall the hotel is basic. Nice for young people but the food was terrible. The old town is lovely, Nikki beach is a good bar and also there are a few beach bars nearby.
