Good facilities, gym needs maintaining other all things are good. They can provide better swimming pool facilities and the night staff can also do better at attending the guests. The breakfast is nice but can have some more options in respect of variety in continental food.

Nitish et Bikhan Patel ont été aux petits soins et ont assuré le nettoyage de la chambre: personnel réactif et souriant, ils ont été soucieux de notre confort... Même si l'hôtel est vieillissant, le personnel est méritant: n'hésitez pas à leur donner un petit "pour boire"!

Service is good ,good clean in hotel ,staff are very good and polite to talk . I like lords plaza property ,its a wonderful properties, Restaurant is very good on the top floor of hotel . Also like swimming pool on roof . It's very near to Railway station and Bus station.. Special thanks to Ajay raval ,ashwin ,santalal,Hanna and other staff Thanks a lot LORDS PLAZA TEAM THANKS 🙏

I am very satisfied with their attitude, they take care of food and cleanliness Especially from Ajay Raval, Santlal, bharat singh are very polite and good in nature . The hotel is at convinient location near to the railway station. The food at blue corriander is very tatsy and with lot of choices available. i would always love to visit this place.

The hotel location is in middle of market near railway station.The food quality is also nice and should try the lime tree on roof top.The housekeeping staff specifically vipul, Hanna , Mr bharat singh were very helpful and great at their part of serving to the guest. Would suggest this hotel to every one.

Housekeeping cleaning line is so very nice the food also very nice i am stay in #1007 last 4th day and we booked also another room,our staying was awesome specially thankss mr bharat,Ajay raval,Rahul deepak and rupai for support me and alws help us thankss lords team

We loved our stay, good food and friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr Arjun, Ms. Madhuri and Ms. Deepika for smooth check inn / check out. Location is right near the Surat Railway Station. Breakfast is also very nice and value for money for a quick stay in Surat.

The stay was good, we like the room with the view. The food was good and tasty. Staf was courteous and helpful. Special mention to Madhuri and Dipika . They all are ready to help in all situation. Will definitely visit the hotel again. Superb...
