The hotel is good for stay long time .

我在華美達的住宿舒適、乾淨、安靜。我住得很愉快。價格還可以。

It has a good location on Highway 10 close to shopping and many restaurants. We had no concerns about the neighborhood. We had a kitchenette unit with a convection oven, mini fridge, sink and microwave. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The pool and hot tub were good. And there was convenient EV charging available. Staff were quiet but friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The hotel smelled like cigarettes even tho they have no smoking policy. The bed sheets had blood on them and then when it was brought to their attention they told us that no one had stayed in the room prior to us and said the blood was “fresh”. They switched our room, but we were extremely uncomfortable from the fact no one was shocked or apologetic. Decided to leave our reservation and book elsewhere, and still there was no resolution from their side. Do yourself a favour and book ANYWHERE else.

The room was good, but some tile was missing in the bathroom from water damage. The carpet also needed a vacuum, as there was debris all over the floor when I checked in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating though, which I appreciated. The restaurant attached to the hotel is AMAZING. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. I did not use the pool, because the room was very humid due to not great ventilation and rain outside.

Our stay included so other families for a Celebration of Life up the street. We didn't have to ask and they put us all on the same floor. A few of the family was coming in on the Saturday morning and they cleaned their rooms first so they could check in early to get ready for 1:00. I would definately stay here again.

To expensive for what it was especially considering the location and lack of up keep. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean (which is what saved my overall rating) however, there were apparently swimming lessons happening at the same time as our stay, which was awkward and took up some of the pool. We got the vibe that the instructor didn’t want us to be there but we paid for the hotel so wanted to us the amenities. Carpet was stained all over and dirty. Room smelt of smoke a couple times even though it states no smoking. Room is run down and in need of a Reno. Included breakfast was amazing!! Lots of options and it was held in the restaurant across the street.

No fuss stay. The property is a little dated, but it looks like they are doing some renovations here and there. Our room definitely had a brand new heater and ac unit which was nice. Breakfast is located in a separate building in the front of the hotel, good continental breakfast options. Staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy. The property has some amenities close by as well. I appreciated the good proximity to Delta and everywhere else! Would stay here again!
