Una belleza de lugar, súper bien ubicado, excelente comida

El personal es muy amable y amistoso, especialmente Adina, Sugeisi y el cocinero de la estación de huevos al desayuno. La habitación estaba cómoda y funcional, aunque algunos artículos (cortinas, refrigerador) se encuentran deteriorados.

We came here for a small family vacation. The area is really nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, but the food terrible. Their options are very limited and repetitive. The food from the snack bar wasn’t great either. The beach area is very rocky, so if you’re planning on going I would go to Tamarindo Beach which is like a 5-10 min ride. The staff in the lobby were helpful after being insistent. We booked rooms on first floor due to injury, and after a 30 minute wait and 2 room changes they were able to help us. Which was annoying because they could’ve given us the room they gave us last in the first place. The entertainment was kinda lame too. Catered to families with kids. Not a bad hotel, just needs improvement. It could be a great one!

This is not a typical all inclusive resort. We immediately tried to get a refund and find somewhere else to stay before we even got our room. One bar with one server during the day. We were not allowed to have our drinks in or near the pool… the pool was so filthy we couldn’t see past our waists while standing in it. We weren’t permitted to eat at the specialty restaurants because we weren’t staying for 3 nights.. which wasn’t advertised during booking. Buffet is not air conditioned and food was mediocre. Management didn’t care that we were unhappy and said it was *******s problem so we called *******. They kept the ******* agent on hold forever right in front of us and then said she had to call back another day. Total mess. I spent $643 dollars for one night for 4 people sharing a room and we actually went out to get food and drinks elsewhere. Unless you’re looking for a 2 star…. Look elsewhere

Propreté de la chambre A1, personnel efficace et sympathique. Nourriture moyenne au buffet. Boissons mal servies et médiocres. Rien à voir avec la qualité des bars du occidental Papa***o

Hotel es excelente, el personal de los restaurantes es de los mejores en el país. Recepción tiene áreas de mejora, en términos de cortesía y buscar opciones de precio para los clientes que quieran extender su estadía. En general es un lugar muy recomendable para pasar unas largas vacaciones

Muy bonito lugar, solo deberían limpiar un poco mejor las habitaciones porque había bastantes cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores. El barman del lobby bastante mal humorado. Así mismo la variedad de alimentos podría mejorar.

Si realizas tu compra por Expidia no te dejan entrar a disfrutar de las instalaciones desde las 10am como normalmente era. Tuve que pagar adicionales y no vale la pena el hotel.

Being so close to the ocean and having direct access to the beach was awesome and the food was delicious.
