坦帕市中心希爾頓飯店(Hilton Tampa Downtown)

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. A few items that turn a 5 star rating into a 3 include: room fridge was warm and coils covered in ice so it was unusable. The bedroom safe battery was dead and it needed to be serviced to work. Otherwise, we liked the hotel, the bar area and the room overall.

This is a very nice high end hotel in the heart of downtown Tampa. The staff people were friendly and helpful. However, there was one deficiency. The room was devoid of amenities that you would expect from a hotel like this. There was one tiny refrigerator. There was no coffee maker, microwave, no cups (paper of plastic), and no suitcase stands. There were minimal towels. I routinely get these items even at budget hotels.

Muy concurrido el área todo muy bien muy agradable en que tener presente en el área de Tampa todo cierra temprano si vienes de una ciudad como New York o Miami tienes que recordar los horarios pero todo lo demás muy agradable

The bar closed way too early Friday and Saturday and there was plenty of people there. Very rude turning lights off and on. Should be open more hours and be nicer

This hotel provided the service that you would expect, and it is perfectly located for both personal and business trips.

I had asked to be put as close to my son's room as possible. They gave us the keys we went to the room, and quickly could see someone else was living there. Turned out they had given me the key to my sons room. They corrected it and gave me the key to the correct room. After check out they sent via email both my bill and my son's bill to us. Two days after check out they send us a text telling us about an express check out option.. I told them I had left the day before. They sent back an email saying...sorry Taylor...my son's wife.

Asked multiple times for hot water in shower and never worked. We also had spiders in our room, which they did come to stray. We paid for valet parking 37 dollars a night and they never registered it to our room, saying the system was done so we would have to come down and wait 10-20 mins each time for them to bring us our car. Also this hotel was more like a 2.5-3 star hotel, not 4 star. The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours conversations and them flushing the toilet. Everything was not sound proof. Terrible experience. The only nice staff were the guys who brought our car up and down from valet.
