坦帕機場西岸希爾頓飯店(Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore)

I honestly had the best nights sleep here. I haven’t slept like that in a while and the bed was so comfortable & the blankets & pillows were so luxurious. I could stay in bed the whole day! The staff were so nice & very helpful. The whole lobby area was a lovely environment. I will definitely stay here again & I plan on recommending this hotel to friends.

The hotel was nice but we didn’t have a great experience with the shower. We arrived at 3 to check in before heading the the Tampa Bucs game. We planned on showering & getting ready for the game. The shower was broken and we asked them to come take a look and fix it. We had to leave for the game without a shower which wasn’t ideal. We got back from the game around 11:30 PM to find the shower was still broken. We called down again to ask them to come fix it & they sent someone up that said if he couldn’t fix it we would have to make due. Finally it was “fixed” meaning the maintenance guy pulled the stopper out enough for the water to come out of the shower head at low pressure. The tub drain was clearly clogged because by the end of the shower we were standing in at least a foot of water because it wouldn’t drain properly & the plate that says hot & cold was put on backwards so trying to get it hot you would have to put it in a weird position & it didn’t get too hot. When checking out we told the front desk and the man said oh man that shouldn’t have happened and that’s it. So not happy with the service.

We did not get the room or the king bed that we reserved. They said you overbooked and ended up in a room with 2 small beds. Why would you let us reserve a king bed 2 months in advance and not have it available.

Great stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Paying for parking is in uncalled for and not good. They have a shuttle which is nice to get to restaurants since their bar was closed and being remodeled. Pool was nice but could definitely use an upgrade to the coping.

Needed Maintenace due to toilet not flushing-TV did not work-shuttle did not come for pick up-$15 charge for parking for each car! The Hilton Brand is suffering-

I checked into the hotel because I got the flu and couldn’t fly home. First thing I wanted was a hot shower and it had a dual knob situation that was completely unmarked. I fiddled with that for 20 minutes and could get nothing more than Luke warm. So there I was freezing with the flu and 102 temp. Also the bathroom needed some TLC with water damage on the door and floor baseboard. Not very good for Paris Hiltons inheritance.
