One of the ladies who answers the phone was not the friendliness person. But otherwise, there's no jacuzzi tub, the pool was freezing, no microwave, and no public parking. Finally, the rooftop bar was extremely windy. The décor was beautiful and everything was very clean. It was okay but not worth what I paid and not what I expected.

From the rooftop bar to the lobby, I absolutely loved this hotel Staff was friendly and courteous. The decor was also lovely and "current." Though I loved the rooftop bar, it could use a centerpiece, mini fountain, fancy light fixture or something to jazz it up a bit.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding. They truly made my stay enjoyable. Every single person was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which I appreciated immensely. The extra effort they made did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the views from my room were absolutely breathtaking.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. The hvac system in my room kept making weird noises and had me thinking someone was trying to break into my room lol. Other than that no complaints I’m definitely staying there again my next visit.

Location was perfect! My view of the bay was beautiful. Hotel is beautiful. Staff amazing! At check in gave my boyfriend and I complimentary champagne. Would definitely stay again

If u book what says a bay view dnt count on that being a bay view. I paid for a bay view and ended up looking at another hotel, the airport and expressway and about a pools worth view of water. I was not pleased by any account with our stay this time. When ive notified staff of my unacceptable situation they didnt even acknowledge i had a problem. That in itself is enough for the bad review

Wonderful! We had a terrible experience with one of the bartenders but it was quick resolved by the bar manager. Definitely coming back! This is a must stay!
