The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We tried to check in early because we got in 5hrs. early, but could not. The breakfast was typical of a Hampton Inn so nothing to get excited about. I have no major complaints.

There were a few things that caught our attention in the room. The most inconvenient one was the toilet handle being broken when we arrived. The second one the shower curtain seemed dirty/stained and also the shampoo bottle was empty. Besides those small inconveniences the overall experience was amazing. Very comfortable and quiet room. The location of the hotel is very convenient to get in and out of Tampa. And finally the area is full of businesses and made it very easy to go shopping and sightseeing.

Paid for my stay. Staff gave me the keys. Went to my room. Room had a bath tub. Was excited. Went to take a bath and the facet didn't work. Called to front desk. Front desk lady came to room and was then informed the facet doesn't work because its an ADA room and I could just run the shower to fill up the tub. Gross btw. Just what I always wanted was a tub filled up with all the runoff from the walls.
BAIT AND SWITCH. I booked a room, not an ADA room.

When i arrived and got out of the car for check in the fire alarm started. After 45 minutes the fire department left but there was only 1 front desk person. Management and maintenance should have come to help the front desk girl with all of the people. It took an additional 30 minutes to get my room key

The room was clean, bed not terrible for a hotel; in my opinion, the cost of hotels now days are too high, I would have liked to have paid a little less for this style and type of accommodation.

The staff were pretty rude. No one smiled and acted as if you were disturbing them when you asked any questions. The room was so humid and damp no matter how low the AC was.
