The place smelled like carpet fresh, a disgusting way to try to mask the real problem of the carpet being wet and dirty. Breakfast was a joke, the milk curdled in my coffee out of date and disgusting. Nothing edible other than cereal if you like curdled milk to go with it. 9.4 stars is a joke, not even close. The staff was friendly is all I can really say as a positive note.

Very good costumer service. Friendly people from front desk to the buffet workers and the cleaning ladies. New hotel.
The area was very crowded. A bit noisy for us; Our room faced the road, and I woke up multiple times during the night from sirens and overspending cars. Breakfast was very good, a standard American hot breakfast.

Just not being able to check in a little early to get ready for our concert. I get that there was no rooms available. It just would of been nice not to have to rush to get ready and then head to venue. Otherwise, hotel is very clean and guest services was very friendly.

Very clean hotel with nice amenities. The staff is amazing-super friendly and accommodating. They made an exception to policy to allow me to check in a half-day early at no charge. They did not have to do that and I am forever grateful.

Nice stay. Hotel suite was real nice. Location is close to freeway however there are no restaurant or shops nearby except for fast food.
