Great facility

The fridge had hair in it, the toilet seat had urine stains on it. It was disgusting! I arrived in the evening and was tired, Luckily I had Clorox wipes, so I disinfected the nasty areas. I complained to the front disk the next morning, they said they were going to let management know and contact me and see how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. No one called. When I checked out if management was informed, they did not do anything.

We enjoyed the hotel but we had some issues. The first night, we went to the bar and ordered food, she warned us there would be a wait, which was fine. But after an hour, we were still waiting until we noticed she gave our food to someone else bc they returned it. She tried to play it off that she took it back to the kitchen to remake it but they didn’t. It was ice cold. The gentleman at check in was fantastic but the lady who checked us out, barely looked up from her cell phone and never said anything to us when I said we were checking out. The rooms were nice bc of the full kitchen but not sure I would stay here again.

All good with excellent staff until we met a very indifferent bartender after hours. We’ve always liked the relaxing evenings there (we visit often for family). This time, we ran into a bartender that spent more time talking to friends than paying attention to guests. One disappointment,

The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wound up speaking with several different shifts and each time the staff was wonderful to deal with. The bar was convenient and the cocktails and food were excellent. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and the food was good. Parking was a little bit challenging at times.

The entire team at the hotel offered such friendly amazing service. The were truly invested in how our stay was going, asking how we were or how we enjoyed where we went! We will for sure stay at this property in the future!

Clean hotel , top notch customer service, this hotel was a pleasure to stay at and the hospitality at this hotel is the standard others have fallen short of. Tampa Hyatt house thank you for the excellent service.

We were mostly disappointed that the pool area is in the shade all day! Unusable, the breakfast was meh! The air conditioning in room for some reason was always not performing well in the middle of night!
