When I got into the room it felt like home I loved it so dearly it made my family happy

De entrada estuve esperando aproximadamente 20 min a q saliera el recepcionista para poder hacer el checking, luego de camino a la habitación ya el olor en los pasillos a cigarrillo era una señal no estaba hospedada en un hotel de buena higiene, las alfombras del pasillo están sucias, entro a la habitación y de primera la sabana q cubre la cama manchada, bajo nuevamente a recepción a decir q la habitación estaba con las sabanas manchadas, me dan otra habitación, lo único q cambio fue q las sabanas no estaban manchadas pero los mobiliarios no le cabía mas pelo de Animales y el piso pegajoso, para nada lo recomendable.

Para comenzar el aire no funcionaba bien, no enfriaba. Fui a la recepcion a las 7:00 am y me dijeron que esperara hasta las 9 que llegara el gerente para cambiar de habitacion, lo cual no fue asi. Estuve hasta la 1:00 pm esperando y nunca paso nadie ni llamaron. Cuando me fui a bañar no habia toallas grandes, solo pequeñas y encima tenian pelos y la que se pone en el piso estaba sucia, ademas malamente tenia shampoo y un jabon. Los pasillos estaban super sucios, habia de todo. Un desastre total.

The toilet was definitely not clean. The place looked like the last guest did some tidying and the room was left in that state. It didn't have a fresh sent like it was cleaned with heavy duty products by housecleaning. Always practice to travel with your own disinfectant wipes/spray when staying at any hotel.

We stayed on the 4th floor, as soon as you walk off the elevator it smelled like urine and trash, there were roaches crawling on the floor, in the blinds, on the counter top and under the bathroom sink. For this to be the newer model, I expected more cleanliness and bug free than the older building which I previously stayed in for 4 nights and it was way better, no roaches, no smelly hallways but both staff at both building are friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay at the newer building again though.

Convenient and cheap. The only problem was the constant door slamming, which i guess comes with a cheap hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean. The floors was VERY DIRTY. Hair and debris everywhere and just dirty. We had our 1 year old crawling around the room and his hands and knees were so dirty we had to give him a quick bath before we left.

I’ve had a horrible stay here. After I brought my suitcase in the hotel room and placed it on the floor by my bed, I sat there and turned on the TV just to take a breath for a moment before I started my day as I was watching TV I saw a roach on the wall a few minutes later my daughter said there was a roach crawling behind me by the bed headboard, so in all we saw four roaches and I said we got to get out of here. The receptionist or whatever they are called when you checked in a room her name was Kiara. She was not friendly. Not once did She apologize for the experience that we felt in the room. I just said I need my refund so I can go try to find another hotel because I was out of town from another state, and luckily down the street they had rooms available and I was able to get the room for a lesser price because I explain my situation at this hotel .
