奇亞拉別墅飯店(Villa Chiara Taormina)

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Chiara war sehr schön! Chiara, die Besitzerin, war super gastfreundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen für Taormina versorgt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ein einziges Manko war die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster (und Türen) waren Geräusche im Haus und von der Strasse her noch recht laut zu hören. Aber mit der Zeit haben wir uns auch daran gewöhnt. :-)

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti presso questa struttura posizionata in centro a Taormina. Le camere sono state strutturate di recente, andranno rivisti anche bagni dove, al momento, mancano bidet e accessori come una mensola nella doccia. Un ringraziamento particolare a Elisa che ci ha seguito in questi giorni anche con le colazioni salate molto buone. Suggerisco maggiore chiarezza nell'esporre le tariffe dei preventivi.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro in questo hotel per diversi giorni nel mese di aprile. Molto confortevole, pulito, silenzioso. La proprietaria, gentilissima mi ha pure permesso di posizionare all'interno della mia stanza una piccola postazione di lavoro e di poter usufruire in base alle nostre necessità anche degli spazi comuni insieme ai miei colleghi. Parcheggio davanti l'hotel e a Taormina è un lusso averlo. Hotel pulitissimo, centralissimo, molto silenzioso e connessione Wi-Fi TOP (dista pochi metri da Corso Umberto), ottima colazione e servizio bar. Un grazie a Chiara e ad Elisa che ci hanno supportato e "sopportato" durante i nostri giorni di lavoro. Consigliatissimo

Posizione eccellente, proprio sopra la via principale della città. Struttura piccola, molto pulita e camere ristrutturate. Prezzo più che onesto. Offre un servizio spiaggia. Personale molto cordiale e soprattutto disponibile h24!!

Fantastica location a due passi dal centro consigliatissimo per una fuga dal tram tram quotidiano, a piedi consigliatissima con tantissimi negozi e locali location con tutti i comfort, macchina del caffe/the/tisane e dolcino di benvenuto.

Scarafaggi, lenzuola sporche e poca attenzione al cliente. 1. Lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi di sangue all’arrivo. 2. SCARAFAGGI in camera, scoperti a 00.30 al rientro da un giro in centro, ci riempiono la stanza di ddt e (almeno questo) contattano un hotel a qualche centinaia di metri di distanza, dove ci mandano a piedi a fare il check-in. 3. Completa ignoranza rispetto a intolleranze alimentari e scarsa disponibilità a trovare soluzioni. Quando chiediamo dove fosse possibile trovare un bar che facesse cibo senza glutine, la risposta è stata: “in centro c’è ne sarà qualcuno”. 4. Nemmeno una richiesta di scuse o uno SCONTO per i grossi problemi della notte. ATTENZIONE!!! Gli SCARAFAGGI stanno solo nei luoghi sporchi. Ancor peggio la mancata propensione del personale ad aiutare dei turisti in viaggio a Taormina dopo essersi trovati in condizioni di questo tipo. Tornerò sicuramente a Taormina, NON TORNERÒ MAI IN QUESTO HOTEL.

This location was great, Room was clean. When booking this room we told them we were brought a dog, but the premises did not respond. Then 24 Hours before our booking let us know they wanted an additional 25% = 35 Euro per day for our dog! Typical it is 5-7 euro a day This was announced only after they had billed us on a Non-refundable basis, They proceeded to cancel our Booking on *********** so we could not leave them a review, claiming that it was some technical issue from ***********. Reading other reviews on Booking it is clear they engaged in this scam to get more profits Sad that this incident really started our Taormina experience on the wrong foot. Thank God we did not take their parking option which is in a dead-end street with little to no room to turn around. must be less stressful to park in the Parcheggio Lumbi and at a much better price.

I went with the impression of what would one expect from a 2-star hotel!! I was wrong!! First and foremost I wish to thank the owner Chiara for communicating in very good English on WhatsApp before, during, and after our stay. Those traveling by car, like myself, have a good parking spot ready for you. The room was spotless and newly refurbished. Most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. There was this sweet lady Elisa who greeted us for breakfast and made sure we have everything we asked for. Breakfast was amazing, and everything was freshly baked. Apart from all this, the best plus of this hotel is that it is located only 2 mins up the stairs from Corso Umberto. I would definitely return.
