This is a world class property in every respect. Beautiful rooms, delicious food and a team of staff members that were so kind, helpful and professional that it is hard to fully describe how exceptional they were. In many ways, my two-night stay at the Hyatt was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had, including many five-star, silly expensive properties in Western Europe.

非常棒的酒店，由中國人經營，老闆年輕有為，早餐也是中式，此行已經很久沒有吃到了，和機場很近在被出租車宰的情況下也衹不過6美金到達，前台還給叫了2美金不到的網約車，疫情機票難求的情況下不妨考慮在塔什幹轉機玩兩天回國，到紐約都有直飛，這個行程有這家酒店對於長者轉機也很容易（這個機場幾美金絲滑到出租車，幾分鐘到酒店），甚至比在中國一線城市轉機停留還要方便，下次還會再來。（另外，步行還有韓餐，牛肉質量好，還比韓國本國便宜，電視還都是中國電視台）

2022年10月在塔什干,選擇了這家酒店,因爲房間面積相當大,價格也並不高。當時幾乎沒有其他便宜的選擇,而且所有的房間都非常小。最初預定了3天的酒店,以瞭解它是否適合我,但計劃在塔什干住一週,然後飛到迪拜。結果,酒店沒有安排我,所以沒有延長。主要原因是Wi-Fi非常差。它相當不穩定,不斷地斷路。白天的速度大大變化。晚夜工作迅速(可能在這段時間很少使用者),其餘時間非常緩慢。我工作時需要在白天進行廣播,所以對我來說是關鍵。移動互聯網(試過Ucell和Billain)沒有幫助,速度和穩定也不夠。第二減去位置。酒店離市中心很遠,所以去中心比較長,也比較遠(但便宜-塔什干的Yandex出租車便宜)。而且很多食物供應都不肯送到這個地區。房間寬。總體來說,酒店環境很美。房間裏的傢俱破舊,但我不覺得很危。隔音-在房間裏,我從來沒聽說過鄰居。有時候,有飛機,因爲機場附近,但是我沒打擾。有時候,有的有摩吉尼,但也相當安靜。房間裏有黑窗,所以如果關閉窗,房間裏有黑的,睡得好。小減去是很小的保險箱。裏面甚至有iPad(你必須把它塞在角落下,然後在牆上傾)都很難進入。最後一天,酒店的燈關了幾分鐘。空調經常斷開(3天內兩次),需要重新打開。十月房間比較冷,但是如果把空調放在加熱上,結果還可以。早餐有很多不同的菜,一切都很好吃。特別喜歡餅。服務和清潔都很好。每天打掃一次。最後一天,我選擇了一家不同的酒店,但看到迪拜有一張便宜的直達票,然後飛到那裏:) 加:-寬的房間-相當安靜的價格-好早餐- 減去:-非常差的Wi-Fi,不適合工作-位置-離中心很遠,沒有很多送貨工作-小保險箱總結:酒店不錯,但下次我會在中心找,有更好的Wi-Fi。

My choice for this hotel at the end of my Uzbekistan trip had been its closeness to the domestic and international airports. For my stay in Tashkent at the beginning of my tour I selected a hotel closer to the centre. The surroundings of the Royal Mezbon are not very pleasant: a very busy street, almost impossible to cross and nowhere to go on foot. Out the window, in fact a whole glass wall, which I like, one only saw ugly apartment blocks from Soviet days. Taxis are the only way to get out from here. The hotel recommends itself also as a spa, but my time here was so limited, that I could not test it. Nor did I have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early flight. Instead I went for dinner, where there were hardly any other guests. There is a bar and a big list of cocktails in the menu card, but the barman seemed to be a total beginner and he didn't even know what brand their only draught beer is. For dinner I had an arugula salad to start, but it consisted mainly of pieces of beef, not mentioned in the menu card. After that I had a 'Traditional Lagman', made with Spaghetti instead of typical Uzbek noodles and again mainly full of meat, the same kind as in the salad before. The whole hotel is full of kitsch with a porch consisting of Corinthian columns and a rather overloaded interior decoration. At least the room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. Unlike most other hotels I stayed in Uzbekistan here one doesn't get an old-fashioned key, but a key card.

烏茲別克斯坦不是工作和旅行中最沒有壓力的地方。所以在一個全方位服務的旅館里避難是件好事。有為經歷了許多時區的旅行者，以及那些胃不知道是什麼時間的人準備的24小時的食物！位置方便。一定要去参觀電視塔，從觀景台上看到壯麗的景色，然後漫步穿過公園，去看一下鎮壓的受害者的紀念碑。如果你有孩子，主題公園看起來很刺激。我想自己去，但是，唉，沒有孩子！一切離酒店都在步行10分鐘之內。

It's a very nice hotel in the heart of the Tashkent city. I stayed total 4 days in 2 times in this hotel with 4 days interval. First time stayed in front view standard room. This room has nice front city view. Second time stayed in back side pool+city view room. Both the rooms were excellent, comfortable, spacious equipped with all the standard amenities. In buffet breakfast, during first visit I found limited menu and guest was also less, but during second visit in next week I found very good menu with lot of guest in the hotel. So, assuming their breakfast menu depends on hotel occupancy. The swimming pool is very nice. They have other facilities but as I did not avail those, so could not comment on those. Customer service is average but but cordial to assist.

We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

I stayed for a little over a week and was very happy with the experience. The nicest, most helpful staff ever. Everyone speaks Uzbek, Russian, English. Great breakfast, with a variety of fruits and berries, local sweets, as well as salads, fresh local dairy, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses. Quick laundry service. The clothes were brought back clean within hours when turned in by 11 am. The hotel is located next to Amir Temur Square and a Bazaar, as well as within the walking distance from The Great Prince Romanov Palace. A block away from the hotel is a very nice coffee shop called Beans and Brews. Great food, great coffee. There's also a KFC right next door. One little wrinkle is that when you order a cab via local app Yandex Taxi, the drivers don't always know they should come to the hotel entrance; they tend to stop at a KFC or across the street. It's useful to message them separately about where you need to be picked up.
