We spent two nights in this property first impressions are excellent the foyer is very elegant . Check in and out was very efficient and friendly as was baggage handling . Our rooms (204 and 409 ) were spacious and well presented as were the bathrooms and reflected the overall elegance of the entire property . Facilities were as you would expect in a five star establishment, connectivity was good as was the sleep quality noise levels were low despite construction work on lower floors. The staff on the whole were very pleasant which in Georgia is not always the case especially in the restaurants , everyone we dealt with had a reasonable command of English particularly on reception and hotel porters . We used the hotel limousine service to the airport which was superb the driver was very helpful and polite and drove very safely. The vehicle was a Maybach which was spacious and comfortable . I forgot my hand luggage in the car at the airport after we were dropped ( panic time) but fortunately a phone call to the hotel had the driver speeding back to us within fifteen minutes . Despite some of the not so good reviews we felt this hotel was expensive for Georgia but nevertheless was reasonably priced for the standard of service it provides . This opinion is based on twenty years of staying in five star hotels for between five to seven months a year in a wide variety of locations throughout the world. In short a nice property.

We arrived at 4am after our flight (an arrival time which they were aware of), had to drag our luggage up the flight of stairs mostly by ourselves, and were told that there was only one room available when we had booked (and confirmed that morning) for two. Apparently someone had extended their stay in a room we had previously booked and they’d failed to tell us, but had failed to let us know. Instead they said that they’d booked another hotel for us and were planning to send us there but expected us to get our own driver. We told them we’d just take the room but as we’d payed beforehand, we were expecting a full refund for the second room. The room we went inside however, was unlike either of the two rooms we had previously booked — it was all very strange. We managed to get a refund the next day, but only after a lot of pushing for it, and being told ‘it’s not our problem’. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on anything, but I’d give them 1 star if it wasn’t for how helpful the lady at reception was, helping us set up temporary extra beds at 4am and fitting them into the already quite small room. All in all most of the staff were okay, the rooms were on the smaller side but very aesthetic, but this strange last minute impromptu room cancellation was completely unnecessary — especially as they’d confirmed previously, the same day, that they’d have the two rooms ready for us. However the room we finally got didn’t look like the rooms we expected (it had three beds not two, we booked two two-person rooms). It brings up a lot of questions we feel as though were not ever answered, for example, when did this person extend their stay? It must’ve been after the morning as we’d had a confirmation — so why did the hotel allow an extension when we had already payed for the room? Is this an establishment where there is no guarantee for your comfort, even after paying in advance? Overall, this ruins the element of trust in this establishment, especially as after a long journey the last thing you need is for your hotel to be unreliable.

Планируя остановиться на несколько дней в Тбилиси, мы выбрали этот отель. Бронировали два номера. Наш рейс прилетел в 4 часа утра, но не смотря на это, в отеле нас ждали - менеджер и местные котики. Нам предложили комнаты на выбор. Больше всего понравились комнаты на 3 этаже, они просторнее и светлее. Только учтите, лифта нет и на третий этаж ведет небольшая деревянная лестница. Вида из окна особо не ждите, все вокруг довольно плотно застроено. Отель находится в тихом переулке, но очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям и кафе. У ребят есть уютная уличная веранда, видимо летом там проходят завтраки. В комнатах не было холодильника, телевизора, чайника (если это важно для кого-то), но нам и не нужно было. Кстати, чай можно было попить в любое время на кухне. Кровати удобные, радовало наличие тапочек. Горячая вода есть, проблем не было. Было очень тепло в комнате и мы приоткрывали окно, иначе душно. Для уборки нужно повесить табличку с просьбой убраться. Завтраки: вкусно, по-домашнему, стол был накрыт к нашему приходу. Были оладьи, два салата, тосты, йогурты, сыр, варенья, сок, чай, кофе, яблоки, конфетки. Wifi хороший.

酒店的位置優美,在歷史中心,儘管這間房間還是靜靜的,房間裏的 terasse貝利諾和自助早餐廳(好的沙拉部分,的部分很少)在4樓。客房工作人員準備滿足每一個要求,我並不喜歡房間清服務不是早晨/第一下午,而是到16/17..orario,我們傾向回去休息,打破一天。。然後在房間裏,裏缺少和咖啡(在房間描述中被引用)最後我不明白他們爲什麼要用單身的配套。但是,只要問他們帶了另外一個來解決問題,就算這樣你幾乎要分開睡覺了

這家小旅館以墨西哥畫家弗裏達·卡洛的名字命名,符合我們的期望。它位於老第比利斯,通過步行而不是出租出租車,使進入這個歷史地區變得容易。它很乾淨,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我們在這裏感覺很舒服。這張牀與美國國內的我習慣了不同,起初我以爲它不會帶來好的睡眠。我錯了。睡得很好!酒店價格合理,早餐對我來說足夠,但總體來說還算普通。總之,這是一個不錯的住宿地。唯一的缺點是,它位於一條繁忙的街道旁邊,晚上可能會有點吵。還有一個俱樂部位於遠處,音樂播放到凌晨4點,有點麻煩,但不是太過分。這是一座沒有電梯的老建築,所以請準備將行李搬上彎曲的木樓梯。這是一家不錯的酒店,我推薦它。
