凱隆飯店-雷爾特古西加爾(Clarion Hotel Real Tegucigalpa)

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo, me gusta que tiene bar accesible para la noche! El desayuno excelente. Como sugerencias deberían adecuar los televisores para ver Netflix con nuestras cuentas ya que es lo de ahora.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de algunos restaurantes a distancia caminable. El cuarto en general bien, pero la presión de agua de la regadera variaba por lo que podrias tener agua muy caliente o no tanto; al escritorio le falta luz por lo que sin la luz del día es complicado trabajar ahi. Un día se descompuso un elevador por lo que subir al cuarto tomo mucho tiempo. El servicio en el frontdesk fue muy bueno y rápido, en la cafeteria no tanto. durante el desayuno buffet habia que buscar a los meseros para obtener atención o cafe. En general, esta bien, pero si le falta mantenimiento y actualización a las instalaciones.

Excelente servicio. Amabilidad total de parte del personal que labora en el hotel, la comodidad de las habitaciones un 💯 y la comida y atención del personal, definitivamente que recomiendo el hotel para cualquier persona que quiere pasar una noche amena y un descanso confortable.

Buen hotel que se caracteriza por: 1) Comodidad: habitación cómoda, con facilidades para trabajar. 2) Limpieza: habitaciones limpias, sin polvo 3) Comida: Muy buena comida en el restaurante. 4) Atención: Personal amable y profesional.

Excelente atención , con un personal calificado y profesional en todo lo que hace excelente vista y habitaciones con todo lo necesario y un espacio donde te puedes expresar y sentirte cómodo durante la estadía.:

The main point of this review is going to be my introduction to this hotel. I was there with my girlfriend, getting ready to leave for vacation the next day. I go to check in and they say that I had not paid for my room. I show them the receipt and my own personal bank account that matched the exact amount of money taken out for the hotel. Even with this, they continually told me that I had not paid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes of standing my ground on the subject before one of them came back and basically just gave me the room key. It was ridiculous. I have felt it many times while being overseas, but I will tell you that it really felt like that I was again trying to be scammed because I was American. Even if this was not the case, instead of insisting that I am wrong, try and look at the literal proof of payment right in front of your eyes. After I got done with this frustrating moment, I was given a room key to the 8th floor. I walk over to the elevator. I wait and wait and then a crowd starts to form. The elevator was broken. So, I asked if I could use the stairs and then was told you can only use the stairs with guided access but that only 10 people could go at a time. So, I spent about 1 hr or more just trying to check in and get to my room. The only reason that I don't give this place 1 star is because the room, restaurant, and pool area was actually quite nice. I am purely giving a negative review only based on the fact of the terrible service that I was met with coming into the hotel. This being said, for the money that I spent to be in this hotel, I will surely suggest to you that you find an airbnb in the surrounding area. Unless you wish to have the hotel experience (aka breakfast) I do not recommend coming here.
