住在斯莫爾酒店這個充滿歷史意義的酒店通常是一次令人愉快的經歷，但不幸的是，我最後四天的訪問完全是一場慘敗。儘管入住的是皇家套房——這是酒店聲稱提供的最高豪華水平，但我的住宿體驗卻因一連串的失望而受到影響，這些失望從我試圖洗澡時就開始了。主要問題是酒店明顯的管道問題。當我走進我的套房並試圖梳洗一番時，迎接我的是令人痛苦的低水壓。儘管套房面積寬敞、富麗堂皇，但我們卻花了 40 分鐘才完成一次本該快速而充滿活力的淋浴。這段令人沮喪的經歷讓我對自己的個人衛生產生了很大的懷疑，以至於我發現自己在谷歌上搜索附近的公共浴室。此外，酒店分享的圖片並不能很好地反映我住宿的實際情況。在我到達之前看到的豪華、誘人的照片與套房的實際狀況之間存在明顯的差異，套房寬敞舒適，但並不完全是我所承諾的豪華景觀。令我最初感到沮喪的是，早餐的選擇嚴重缺乏品種和質量。可供選擇的選擇非常有限，而且遠遠沒有達到一家享有 Simorgh 聲譽的酒店所應提供的多樣化和美味。更令我失望的是一間狹窄、平淡的浴室。對於這樣級別的套房來說，這個尺寸完全不合適，幾乎沒有足夠的空間來舒適地走動。另外，套房內安裝的空調噪音過大，嚴重影響了我的睡眠。在對這些問題提出多次投訴後，我被搬到了另一間套房，這個過程需要在凌晨 1 點這個不方便的時間打包和搬運我的物品。新套房同樣寬敞，但令人失望的是，它也有自己的一系列問題- 水壓仍然低得可憐，而且完全沒有熱水。空調的噪音持續存在，又造成了一個晚上的睡眠中斷。當我向前台表達不滿時，接待員的反應很煩躁，聲音很大，他尖銳地告訴我，所有房間都有類似的問題，水的情況將在大約三個小時內得到糾正。像斯莫爾這樣的知名酒店的工作人員所表現出的粗魯態度完全不合適。我在斯莫夫酒店的經歷是一系列令人遺憾的失望。本來應該在最好的套房中享受奢華的住宿體驗卻變成了一系列任何客人都不應忍受的麻煩。我懷著沉重的心情收拾行李，準備搬到埃斯皮納斯宮酒店度過我在德黑蘭的剩餘時間，希望能找到斯莫格酒店所非常缺乏的服務質量。

Simorgh is generally a good hotel with great history behind it. Sadly I’ve been staying here for the past 4 days and was able to take only ONE single mediocre shower during my stay. The hotel has a clear plumbing problem. I booked their best suite, the royal suite. Disregarding the fact that the images I was sent do not reflect the reality of the suite, the suite was actually spacious and nice. Problems started as soon as I tried to take a shower. Water pressure was very low that it took me 40 minutes to take a shower that left me so unsure of my own personal hygiene that I googled nearby public baths. After several complaints, I was moved to another suite (I had to pack and carry my own things from one suite to another at 1:a.m). Similar in size but with more problems. Low water pressure and no hot water and a very noisy AC UNIT that kept me up all night. I complained about it to the front desk and they seemed so helpless and annoyed and told me that all rooms were like that. Long story short, I’m packing now and moving to Espinas Palace hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran. Such a shame.

I booked the hotel and I was supposed to stay in the hotel for 4 days,but I had to leave there after 3 days because of my job,and the front office staff really helped me about it and didn't even let me to worry about it. First of all,they've sent me a taxi at the airport,they've let me in the room as fast as fast as possible then I could rest. I ate an incredible breakfast,ypu could find anything you want there. And also,I was really inspired by the discipline they have,at first I thought they are German,LOL. The rooms were so clean and very nice,it was so quiet and I really had a wonderful time there. Thank you Simorgh

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days,and I arrived too early but they helped me and honestly,I was so tired but they calmed me and suggested me to use coffee shop and also visiting a watch shop in the hotel. About rooms,It was an small but practical one.I could use a desk for my papers and also a minibar which made me comfortable and I didn't have to go out for buying things and I could do my work and also get some rest.

I came to Iran after 6 years and chose Simorgh Hotel. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my room, everything was clean and beautiful. All staff were kind. Thanks to the reception staff, especially Ms. Hooshmand, she helped me a lot and is very polite and kind. 🙏🙏🌹
