一千零一夜摩洛哥傳統庭院住宅(Riad Las MIL y Una Noches Tetuan)

完美的位置。房間非常乾淨，里亞德很漂亮，工作人員的關注無可挑剔。

El riad necesita una buena reforma, han ido arreglando desperfectos que han terminado siendo chapuzas. Algunas habitaciones huelen mucho a desagüe, humedad, es un construcción muy antigua. Hay mucho ruido, las paredes, puertas y ventanas parecen de papel. Respecto al hamman que ofrecen por 15€ nos os dejéis engañar, te llevan a un hamman público al que puedes acceder por 2.50€, pero sinceramente al verlo no nos animamos ninguno. Al igual que los servicios que ofrecen de recogida al aeropuerto, traslados a otras poblaciones te sale más barato si vas con un taxi por tu cuenta. En cuanto al desayuno no merece la pena, muy simple, poca variedad y todos los días lo mismo. Sin más, no volvería a repetir la experiencia en este riad. Hay que señalar que el personal es muy amable.

El Riad es una maravilla. En la medina y a pocos pasos de todo lo que hay que ver en Tetuán. El personal es súper atento y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte a cualquier hora del día. El desayuno está bien, ofrecen servicio de comida y cena (previa reserva) la comida está muy muy buena, abundante y super económica. La habitación es muy cómoda y las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. Cómo en cualquier Riad, las escaleras son demasiado altas, quizá para personas con algún problema de movilidad es complicado acceder a los pisos superiores, pero tienen una habitación cuádruple en la planta baja enorme y super bonita.

La localización en la bulliciosa Medina es perfecta. El establecimiento es muy bonito y está supercuidado. La atención fue magnífica en todo momento. La habitación cómoda aunque las escaleras están un poquito empinadas de más; nada que no sea salvable con paciencia y ayuda. El desayuno, estupendo.

Hemos pasado 4 días en este riad 8 personas, en cuatro habitaciones dobles. El riad es muy bonito y acogedor, con una decoración preciosa, aunque se echan de menos algunos salones para estar, ya que no hay zonas comunes, salvo el hall de entrada y l azotea, puesto que todos los espacios son habitaciones. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, con todas las puertas, cabeceros, muebles etc. artesanas de madera pintadas a mano. La mayoría son muy amplias, pero también alguna muy, muy pequeña y agobiante como la que nos tocó a mi compañera y a mí. Además, algunas tienen un acceso bastante complicado en revuelta de escalera donde es fácil dar un traspiés. Los baños, al menos el nuestro, no es pequeño sino diminuto. La verdad, un poco agobiante. Las otras tres habitaciones eran muy grandes y supongo que el baño también lo sería. La limpieza normal. La presión y temperatura del agua perfecta en el baño, perfecta. La ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Hay tv (que no encendimos así que no sabemos si había cadenas en español) y bomba de calor en la habitación. Hay agua y té gratis. En la última planta hay una azotea muy agradable y con una vista muy bonita de la medina. El desayuno está incluido en el precio y, aunque los hemos tomado mejores, está bien. Lo mejor es la localización. Muy, muy céntrico. A dos pasos del Palacio Real. Relación calidad-precio: Muy bien

Atención inmejorable, súper cercanos en todo momento. Todos los trabajadores hablan muchas idiomas. El Riad súper bien cuidado. Las habitación muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo recomiendo 100%

Nos sorprendió la calidad del Riad, fue el mejor de todos los alojamientos que tuvimos en nuestro viaje por Marruecos. Es muy bonito y está muy cuidado. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia y con todo lujo de comodidades. La atención de la propietaria a nuestra llegada todo un detalle. La situación del Riad perfecto para conocer la Medina de Tetuán. Y la atención del servicio excelente.

Muy recomendable este riad, buen trato y buenas instalaciones. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, estilo marroquí. La limpieza también bien, quedamos muy contentos. Y el desayuno bastante bien. Repetiríamos sin duda.

My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. We just spent 35 days in Morocco and traveled to 9 different cities and stay together in all but 1 of them. We are aware that unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the same room at some hotels/riads, if at least one is Moroccan. So we made sure to always book at places we called beforehand to check with and make sure we were able to stay together. We called this place and they said no. We were going to find a new place to stay but THEY CALLED US back and said we were welcome. We arrived at check in time, and we were not allowed to stay in the same room. The same person my partner spoke with was there, she claimed he misunderstood when she said we were welcome. He is Moroccan, he speaks the language and there is no way he misunderstood. Also, why would they call us back just to say we are not welcome? She wanted us to book a second room. This would’ve been fine if we chose this place under the impression that we needed two rooms and we were okay with that. This was not the case. I could see her desperation when we were walking out, she really wanted us to get two rooms. My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a refund because I booked through *******.com but that I could go ahead and get it from them. Once I called *******, she DENIED the refund! Claiming it is in their policy that they can deny service to unmarried couples. We know this law, this is why we called! These people were terrible! Tricking us into booking with them so that they could later make us get a second room or simply keep our money without providing the service. We had to walk for 6 hrs, with our luggage, to find a new place for us to stay! Just Terrible! This reservation was non-refundable (if I canceled or didn’t show up), and I was comfortable with that since we called to check and we were told we were welcome. When they turned us away, I requested a refund and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a refund because I booked through *******.com, but that I could
