Very efficient friendly staff. It was a brief stay for leisure and this hotel had everything I needed and was spotless clean. The location is convenient to restaurants and activities.

Mal en cuanto al descanso en la habitación ya que el colchón de la cama está bastante desgastado, tiene un hundimiento en el centro del mismo. El personal del comedor no está muy al pendiente de lo que llega a faltar para el desayuno.

I have stayed before at Holiday Inn, and I do like holiday Inn, however this stay was terrible, the faucet from the restroom was leaking, a/c heater was not working, bed was dirty and not comfortable, not coffee pot in the room, I told to make our room and they didn’t

It was very clean and the staff was great...I didn't like being so close to the freeway but not enough to complain about it...We will stay here again!

My stay was amazing. From being greeted each time entering the establishment, until the final time walking out, this hotel and staff was awesome.

I arrived 30 minutes after the designated check in time and was told that my room was not ready yet. I had to wait almost 2 and a half hours until it was ready. Then they waited until I was all the way checked in to tell me that the pool and jacuzzi were closed. Which there are only 2 hotels in the area that even have a jacuzzi listed, so that’s why I picked this particular hotel. Then when I got to my room, the bedding was for the wrong bed and my couch pull out bed came with no pillows, sheets, or blankets.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming and even was able to get me an early check-in. The room was spacious and clean. Would stay again.
