Very nice staff

This is a very nice Hampton. Desk clerk was especially nice and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles.

Our TV was not working. Our desk assistant came to our room to fix it. It took her quite a bit of effort to reconnect and get it running, but as soon as we turned it off, it was right back to malfuncitoning.

I love staying at the Hampton hotel nice staff all around great ladies who I check in with I love them always makes me feel important and makes me smile

So disappointed with the cleaning crew at this hotel. We ended up checking in after midnight and the lady at the front desk and on the phone were amazing. Everything on that end was fabulous and it went smooth. The problem was stepping into the room and the room floor felt so slippery I was afraid I may slip and fall. Whatever they used to mop was the wrong stuff. It's almost 1:30am and pulling back the covers after a long drive to find this nasty stain on the sheets. This shouldn't have never made it back to any bed and the cleaning crew had to see it but didn't care. Now, I have to go to the lobby and request new bedding and make it myself when I should be on my way to sleep. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with the new bedding and I thanked her. I feel that I shouldn't have had to get new bedding and do it myself for the price we paid for the room.

I am never disappointed when I stay At Hampton Inn. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet spaces, and cold rooms and service is wonderful! Prices are excellent for the stay.

Always love Hampton. One suggestion have another choice of eggs besides ones with peppers. The rest was awesome

Just stayed the one night on our way through but would have been happy to stay longer. Very clean. Everything updated and well maintained. Very helpful staff. Look forward to stopping here again.
