Thai Mueang飯店

We arrived at the HotSpring Beach Resort at the end of June '23, just a week after a new General Manager had started his new role - something we found out because he was actively meeting and greeting guests and will obviously be a great asset to the resort. He is overseeing a huge number of renovations and upgrades due for completion by the end of 2023 - and so any older reviews that speak of the resort needing some attention will now likely be redundant as the place is undergoing a major - and impressive - facelift. We were thrilled by our spacious room, the fantastic hot spring pools and the excellent contrast of the icy 'chill' pool (a rarity in Thailand, where refreshingly cold water to dip in is not so common). The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, and the grounds all the way to the beach are quite wonderful. Of course, in any transformation there is always something that still needs tweaking. Our two recommendations to the resort would be to enhance the taste and the number of vegetarian options of breakfast, which was generally a little on the bland side (though we ate two a la carte dinners at the resort restaurant which were outsanding and quite delicious). The other recommendation is to keep the beach free of the relentless flow of plastic and other garbage which the sea washes up. Although this is so common everywhere, and certainly not the fault of the resort, the beach gets a daily deposit of bottles and other plastics, and it would be great to see some efforts being made to collect and tidy the beach area as it's not huge, and this would certainly be an hour well-spent. Overall, highly recommended for a stay here - it's a unique place with such relaxing waters and the sense you're in the middle of a tropical forest with secret thermal springs just waiting to be discovered. If you're there in low season of June/Jule like us, then you won't see too many other people around and you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit!

Отель на первой береговой линии, неплохой пляж с тенью от деревьев в утренние часы. Завтраки очень разнообразные, но почти в любое время довольно много людей. Лежаков конечно не хватает для всех, но утром всегда можно было найти свободный. Открыли новый детский бассейн с горками. В номере нет сейфа (когда-то был, судя по следам от шурупов в шкафу), на балконе был стол и два стула, сушилки для белья нет. В самой комнате кроме кровати и одного стула присесть больше было некуда. ТВ каналы на разных языках (на русском нет). Комары были, но немного, на всякий случай в номере включали фумигатор. В целом номер просторный, мебель уставшая. За свою цену очень неплохой вариант.

很高興能在森馬爾度過愉快的幾天！1，早餐種類特別豐富美味，而且每日早餐的菜品是變化的，就餐環境很好；2，酒店有一處私人海灘；3，酒店距離國家公園僅1公裏，早上不熱的時候衹需走路即可到達國家公園；4，酒店有很精緻的泳池，以及健身設備和檯球桌以及乒乓球桌；5，酒店的生態環境很好，環境非常安靜，每日清晨被濤聲鳥鳴喚醒的感覺很舒心；6，酒店的服務人員永遠麪帶微笑主動問候客人；7；酒店的沙灘躺椅數量很多，特別舒服，可隨意移動，能曬到太陽的同時也有陰涼處可以避開陽光。所以，這個酒店非常適合年輕情侶和中老年夫妻入住。 但是，我並不推薦帶太小的孩子入住，這並不是由於酒店的缺點造成的（就我個人而言，這家酒店棒極了）而是因為：1，酒店私家海灘有一處大礁石，且海灘風浪並不小，且私家海灘多有陽光躺椅而沒多少小孩遊玩的空間，所以小孩在沙灘上玩不開；2，酒店的三個游泳池在三幢三層小客房正下方，小孩子在泳池內吵鬧會極大影響客人休息；3，酒店生態環境極好，甚至有近一米長的大蜥蜴出沒，雖然大蜥蜴行動緩慢且不主動攻擊人，但小孩子若主動招惹，肯定會惹來不必要的麻煩；4，酒店沒有提供任何小童遊樂設施。

一個靜的酒店,環境絕對美麗!房不是新鮮的,但它有着力,還保持功能。工作人員很棒,附近有許多餐廳和酒吧,走在海灘上。我們喜歡我們的入住:很近的海灘,歡迎,附近的城市,具架。

房間很大很舒服，還有各種貼心的服務，帽子和籃子方便打卡拍照，酒店環境超級nice，早起還能看到小松鼠和孔雀，泳池超大，早餐也很豐富，性價比很高，就是離機場有些遠，去斯米蘭的推薦，或者不趕行程可以在這住兩天，服務也很好，生日還給準備了蛋糕，酒店的沙灘也很漂亮，退潮后還可以去抓小螃蟹，下次還會來🏖️🏖️

Stayed here from 4th - 11th April recently for a family wedding which took place just up the coast on Natai beach at a villa. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was in the surrounding area to the main hotel complex. My understanding is the hotel have acquired these villas which were part of another complex and recently joined them to the hotel. The outside area was beautiful with gorgeous flowers and plants and cute paths leading straight to the beach. The room was very spacious with great air con and facilities were good - although we did not have a balcony we had sun chairs brought to our room so we could sit outside. Room was cleaned well and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water etc every day. Only downside was the bed which was uncomfortably hard although enormous! Missing in the main room was a mirror but this was fixed when we asked for one - a full length mirror was brought to our room which was a necessity to enable me to style my hair. The hotel pool which backs onto the stunning beach was a gorgeous spot to sit with a lovely breeze from the sea and looked so pretty as sunset drew in with beautiful tree lights. There is one main restaurant where breakfast is served which backs right onto the beach. It was uncomfortably hot inside - could do with fans to make the dining experience more comfortable. As the surrounding area is extremely quiet you need to taxi out to local restaurants, the hotel restaurant menu was quite limited although most of the meals we ate both during lunch and dinner were lovely although a bit repetitive. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food and we enjoyed this very much. There are kayaks, surfboards you can hire from the beach hit by the beach and table tennis/boules also. Pool/beach towels are readily available from here too. In all, a lovely hotel in a stunning location on the most beautiful beach. A great get away from it all hotel for the perfect beach retreat holiday. Would definitely return to this hotel if I was in this area again.

Это отвратительный отель. Он опасен для жизни. В основном бассейне выдернуты все провода со светом и электричество просто плавает в воде. Фотографии вообще не соответствуют действительности. Всё грязное, не убранное, не подготовленное для туристов. Пустые бутылки, банки, тарелки просто валяются по территории, персонал проходит мимо них. Наблюдали такую картину 2 суток. На пляже 2 лежака на огромное количество комнат. Завтрак бедный. Отель стоит не мало, удивительно что они позволяют себе такой обман. Все фотографии прикладываю.

這個酒店有Villa，海景等不同房型，個人覺得villa是裏面環境最好的，服務一如既往很好。酒店不是特別大，但是都是外國人。而且酒店離斯米蘭港口很近，可以選擇來中轉。個人認為整理房間的部分應該在細緻一點。

我們預訂了這家5星級度假村,並有3星級的體驗。優點和缺點。優點工作人員很可愛,Nam和Yada非常友好,在海灘酒吧餐廳照顧我們很好。點菜菜單很大,食物很棒。光滑的葡萄酒很可愛,葡萄酒也很合理。事後看來,雖然我希望我們預訂了半膳或牀和早餐。前台有很多工作人員。很棒的空調缺點:全包並不意味着一切都全包。客房服務,日本餐廳(離海灘最近的酒吧)和酒店海灘上出售的飲料不包括在內。健身房的孩子!!!!!健康和安全問題重新游泳池沒有足夠的太陽牀和可愛的海灘上沒有設施有限在房間裏畫空間,浴室的燈光差在晚上太多不守規矩的孩子在餐廳和酒店管理看不見。我還在等Tui和Kalima回覆我的投訴ref no 12244212提示 只要訂民宿,作爲基地使用。左下走10分鐘到海灘,花你的錢和Farmai和Lanna一起。當地人用心黃金!只預訂一週,然後在第二週搬到另一個地方。
