建業飯店(Establishment Hotel)

The Staff & the facilities were great. However, coming by car from the country we found the signage to the Hotel too small & inadequate. It was difficult to find in the laneway & then unpack your luggage, get back in your car then drive to a parking station two blocks up in Pitt St. Staff did give directions over the phone but it was not detailed enough & even Google Maps was not accurate. However, this was a small inconvenience initially & the location of the Hotel was excellent for us to visit the Opera House, Art Galleries, Museums & Theatre. The staff were very friendly & made our stay very comfortable.

The Establishment was beautiful for its time but sadly she’s a little tired. Our room was nice but furniture very banged up and dated. Definitely needs some love especially for its higher price tag. Staff were lovely. However cleanliness questionable. Found lots of hair in bathroom and dirty robe in cupboard hanging in wardrobe. We had a nice stay.

First of all the pictures of hotel and the rooms should be changed. Completely old, no phone charging option, boss speaker doesn’t work. Walls are thin, you can hear the noise from corridor every time. Over all I won’t recommend this hotel.

From the greeting, to the service, to the attention to detail, to the comfort of the bed and the elegance of the rooms, this place is next level. Manager Rano is an absolute gentleman. Just stay here.

Great hotel and great location. However the shower had mold n their was some noise from the bar. They provide ear plugs for the noise from the bar. The staff were great and offer to move us.

The room was clean and spacious,with the most comfortable bed.Great place to be amongst the action,with bars down stairs and restaurants steps away.

average condition, dirty sofa, dated overall. Safe was not working and I was not told at check in even though the front desk was aware

From when we first entered the foyer we had fantastic service that was very personalised and the hotel was clean and comfortable
