The front desk team is top-notch, handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile that's as efficient as it is welcoming. A slight sound complain warranted a daily ""thou shall hast a shift if still there be a thump" I've got to hand it to the Housekeeping team for their attention to detail. On the second evening of my stay, I came back to my room to find a mysterious box with a sweet note on my bed. What's more, they managed to keep the linens spotless without changing them, which made my stay rash-free, especially considering my sensitive skin. The restaurant crew is not just about serving food; they're all about serving up genuine smiles and dishing out fantastic travel recommendations. To top it off, on the second-to-last day of my stay, they surprised me with a farewell cake. It was such a nice touch. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service your team provided. Thanks Kezang, Roshni, Ngawang, Nim & Tshering, all the pips in the photos for making my stay so memorable!

All the working staff is excellent very smiling always specially Deki Yangden was very helpfull jolly I don't remember the names of others are also good will love to Visit Le meridian Thimpu again food is verygood ovver here i love Bhutan one more in Front office Deki Tshomo who is vvery ggood

From check in to check out - all the stagg were always taking amazing care of us - we were a couple travelling with a toddler - they were always helping and guiding at every step and took extra care - soecial mention to Ngawang & Diki from the front desk and PR The kitchen was also outstanding and gave us what we wanted! Excellent location allows an easy exploration of the Thimphu city. Staff are excellent too, in particularly the Deki twin sisters and Tashi Tshering who are very friendly with good English, offer good recommendation for our tours . Bhutanese dress and foot wash events are great experience for foreigners. However the hotel external window is very dusty and food is so so. I stayed in junior suite. In comparison of my experience in Como Uma, surprisingly La Meridian is not cost effective. Still recommend to stay in La Meriden to explore the Thimphu city. Giving 3 stars review is to alert the management for improvement so to make la Meridian a true luxury experience.

Its a wonderful right in the heart of the city of Thimphu, a wonderful property and our room was upgraded to a suite room, which had an amazing view of the city. The hotel staff were very courteous and there were issues with hot water which was resolved once we informed them. The food is good and wonderful hospitality.... thank you all

We had a fantastic experience at this beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Thimphu. Great service and hospitality from the reservations team, front desk, and at the restaurant. Particularly want to call out San*** Om who helped us not just with the stay in Thimphu but designed our overall experience in Bhutan as well as Nitin Gupta, the Director of Operations, who was omnipresent at the hotel and checked in on us regularly with recommendations and advice. Highly recommend!

The hotel Staff Ms Deki Yangden was extremely cordial and extended all courtesies and support during my stay there. She took all care to make the dining experience a wonderful one. My best wishes for the LM in general and Ms Deki in particular.

The hotel is very comfortable with great facilities. The staff are warm and friendly and the restaurant is especially accommodating. If you’re looking for a base for business while in Thimphu this is a good choice. Shout out to Deki in the restaurant for her hospitality.
