瓦蘭度假村(The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel)

Really loved this property, jus on the shoreline with a beautiful beach, jus 5 mins walk. Pools are really amazing with infinity pools. Loved the food in both the in house restaurants but bit pricy. Room is super beautiful with views and all the amenities. Overall good experience!!

Great experience! Staff was kind and friendly. May be the rooms could all be modernised from inside as the old tiles give a bit of a dull outlook. Lighting inside the rooms needs to be brightened too. Some rooms we booked didn’t have proper Air-con controls.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property! From the time we checked in, to our checkout, we were treated like royalty! The front office ***ager Reshma T. Made our entire stay very pleasant and was always available with a helping hand! A new intern by the name of Olivia brought a smile to our faces each time she greeted us warmly! The dining was amazing and the sightseeing around the property left us totally captivated! Kerala is truly God’s own country!

The location, the food and service are top class. Would stay there again. So ***y choices of nutritious, healthy and tasty vegetarian food in every meal. Walk to the beach is a bonus. The staff are not being themselves when on the job; the customers and the upper ***agement don’t seem to treat the hard working staff well; they are being treated like robots. This issue is not particular to this property but applicable to ***y other resorts.
