盧加諾景觀飯店(The View Lugano)

The View Lugano scheint die „Bewertungs-Geister“ etwas zu spalten… Unsere Erfahrung war durchweg sehr gut. Natürlich ist das Ankommen in der Tiefgarage nicht wahnsinnig charmant,aber zumindest trocken ,praktisch und Marco hat das mit seiner Freundlichkeit mehr als wieder wett gemacht. Sicherlich ist Alles sehr stylisch aber das sieht man schon vorher auf der Webside. Es ist auch nichts Neues,dass das Bad offen gestaltet ist,auch das ist zu sehen…sollte also nicht kritisiert werden. Uns hat das Zimmer so wirklich sehr gut gefallen und die Sauberkeit war nicht zu bemängeln. Wunderschön sind der hübsch möblierte Balkon und die wunderschöne Aussicht. Fitnessbereich und Schwimmbad sind gut nutzbar. Das Frühstück war bei uns im Zimmerpreis enthalten und sehr ansprechend. Ganz großartig die kostenfreie zur Verfügung -Stellung der E-Smarts. Ganz reizend auch Kamilla!!! Sie hat uns auf unsere vorab gesendete E-Mail bezüglich Restaurants sehr kompetent geantwortet und uns drei Abende in hervorragende Lokalitäten geschickt. Kompetent und dann auch noch im Gespräch so reizend…was braucht man mehr. Auch Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Suite incantevole condivisa con il mio compagno in un weekend da sogno! Splendida la camera e vista lago pazzesca. Bella la SPA e ottimi e molto efficienti i servizi offerti. L’hotel infatti dispone gratuitamente di servizio bici con pedalata assistita e Smart elettriche. Non ve ne pentirete!

It’s one of my best and favorite places. The location is grate, view is fantastic. Service and staff are excellent. Food also is great. Value for money worth it. We had great time and enjoyed all the facilities.

Struttura fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. Camera ben arredata,hi-tech e molto pulita. Personale molto disponibile ed attento soprattutto con noi che abbiamo richiesto dieta vegana e vegetariana. Esperienza culinaria che lascia senza parole,complimenti a tutti!

Amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. They really went the extra mile. We weee so impressed. The food was excellent quality too. Very good quality ingredients. Fresh, local and organic. Delicious . Big beautiful rooms and super clean.

Zum x.ten Mal im The View sind wir Jedesmal aufs Neue begeistert über dieses traumhafte Hotel. Der persönliche Service, das unbeschreiblich nette Personal, die Suiten, das Essen, der Pool, das Wellness, alles stimmt einfach 100%. Jedes Mal ein Aufenthalt den man nicht mehr toppen kann. Herzliche Dank an das gesamte Team des Hotels The View.... wir waren einmal mehr begeistert und kommen demnächst wieder zurück...
