stanze spaziose e pulitissime. letto comodo e buona colazione internazionale. In centro a Tirana di fronte l'imponente moschea e a due passi dal centro commerciale Toptani . ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo.

Stayed here for three nights on recent trip to Tirana Check in was fast and smooth Was upgraded to deluxe king with jacuzzi ( never used it!) Room was spacious and really comfortable….bed was excellent too Staff very friendly and very helpful with taxis etc Sadly I never got to the bar Or the restaurant but I’d imagine they were pretty good judging by the rest of the hotel Hotel was in a great central location only a few mins walk from bars and restaurants Great experience overall and I’d certainly use again on any future trips to Tirana

I booked two nights at the MonarC through TripAdvisor/*********** solely because it was centrally located and has parking. After driving around for over 30 minutes circling the hotel, it became apparent that they don’t have parking. I ended up parking around 700m away, which is charging me approximately $20US a day for parking. I showed the advert to the young man at the front desk and asked if they would be willing to pay for my parking? I also inquired if I canceled for tomorrow night (it’s late in the day and not sure I want to uproot to a different hotel at almost 5p). He called the manager, and to both questions, it was a resounding NO. I was told that they would charge me for both nights no matter what, and they would not pay or discount my stay to compensate for the out of packet parking. I nicely explained to the young man (he’s not at fault and I didn’t want him to feel bad) that I was going to book a different hotel for tomorrow night and would not be paying for the second night, I would be seeking reimbursement chargeback through my credit card, reporting this to TripAdvisor and ***********. It’s sad that the management is so short-sighted and unprofessional. If you’re not providing services/amenities listed, you need to either compensate or change your listing! As a side note— my room is FREEZING! I have had the heater in for hours and it’s still crazy cold in here!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area. At the hotel had a restaurant, where tasty and varied breakfast were served. On the top floor was a nice bar with a view over the area. My room was large, clean and quiet, the shower was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again.

If you visit this hotel never book directly. Always use a booking bureau since they won't pay money back even if you cancel in good time. They would only give us a 50 % refund and after more than a month we haven't even seen that.

This hotel is conveniently located in Tirana, Albania. For example, it is a nine-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. It is relatively small and the staff is able to provide personal attention. The free breakfast was great. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was very modern.

Perfect boutique hotel, ideally located and very well run. Excellent breakfast.

Sono ritornato vista la positiva permanenza di un paio di anni fa. Personale sempre molto disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata, massima pulizia e comodità. Letto comodo, oscuranti buoni, buona insonorizzazione, parecchie prese di corrente in tutta la stanza, bagno comodo, abbastanza ampio e funzionale. Scrivania comoda, televisore ok, buona WiFi. In zona strategica, comodo per centro e locali raggiungibili a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Super consigliato.
