Lugar idílico con situación privilegiada sobre la ciudad de Toledo. La experiencia, de inicio a fin, en El Cigarral de las Mercedes es una continua muestra de profesionalidad y calidad en todo lo que allí puedes encontrar. Su oferta gastronómica, la calidad del servicio, cada detalle o el buen gusto de su Hotel Boutique y del Cigarral en general, hacen que la estancia sea un recuerdo inolvidable.

Excelente, un lugar único. Todo está perfectamente decorado y cuidado, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tranquilas, la ropa de cama es excepcional. Pero si hay algo que destacar es el personal que trabaja allí, su corrección, amabilidad y profesionalidad hacen que la estancia en El Cigarral se convierta en una experiencia única. Muy recomendable.

In June we had a family wedding here for approx 130 guests and we also took over all of the rooms in the hotel for 3 nights. The overall experience was superb, in particular the staff were exceptional and couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. The wedding team headed by Marina were ever present yet unobtrusive and accommodating to whatever was required. As we had all the rooms in the hotel I can confirm that they are all exceptionally comfortable and perfectly finished to meet anyone's needs. The food was amazing with delicious breakfasts every morning plus super menus for the two days of events ie the wedding dinner and a BBQ on day 2. While no ne can control the weather, the staff and team managed to deal with the biggest downpour and thunderstorm that the area had seen in living memory and while the lights went out in the city of Toledo the hotel stayed fully lit and on full party mode. I could talk at length at the overall exceptional levels of service and comfort but feel free to send me any specific queries. Would highly recommend for a stay or if planning a wonderful event.

Staff is absolutely amazing and attentive. Breakfast was good, pool food and drinks were good as well. Rooms are beautiful. Wedding we attended was beautifully managed, spectacular view from the hill. only about 12 euros to taxi to town.

Estuvimos por una cena con la empresa, unas 120 personas. Sólo puedo comentar restauración y el espacio exterior: empezando por esto último, las vistas de Toledo son espectaculares. Y el sitio está muy bien cuidado con un parking amplio, zona ajardinada, fuente/piscina. La comida muy bien presentada, rica, buena calidad. El servicio atento y rápido. Con ganas de probar más y pasar algún día en sus habitaciones

Un cadre sublime, des employées dévoué à leur travail. Les chambres sont exceptionnelles, la nourriture également. Un grand merci pour votre accueil qui pour nous restera graver. Si vous chercher un endroit pour vous ressourcer ce lieu est fait pour vous.🤩

J'y suis allé à l'occasion d'un Mariage - le lieu m'a laissé sans voix, la nourriture est autant élégante que délicieuse et le staff est au petit soin et d'une gentillesse sans égale ! Bravo aux organisateurs.trices pour tout le travail fourni et j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir :)

Reservamos una habitación Garden y hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia por la comodidad y tranquilidad de la misma. Desayuno muy agradable, en el que el café es “de verdad “ , bollería exquisita, el zumo de naranja natural…La atención y el entorno también destacables.

My husband and I set out to spend a few days away and this property was an absolute God send. The location provides panoramic views and the grounds are very well kept. Our room was a classic room, the most basic option, yet it had incredible views and a balcony. The staff was amazingly accommodating, proactively anticipating personal touches to make us so happy every day from morning to night. For example, we had to leave early in the morning before daight to catch our flight home, and without us even asking they packed us a picnic breakfast and delivered it to our room complete with coffee, fresh fruit, a sandwich, and some pastries. We spent siesta at the pool with a delicious pitcher of sangria and snacks. After sunset we walked in the garden to find a spot where we could see the panoramic views and we literally danced in the moonlight in the garden overlooking the city, and there was total privacy. The fragrance of the jasmine in the garden, the moon and stars shining brightly above us, the twinkling of the lights from the city in the distance, shadows of sculptures in the garden, dancing to our song from our iphone is an experience I will never be able to replicate, and offered me by chance because these owners are genius enough to provide the perfect environment for blissful once in a lifetime opportunities like this to happen organically. This is the property’s secret sauce. I can not thank them enough for this beautiful stay. This place is a must see. We will return asap and even bring the whole family.
