聖安吉洛萬怡飯店(Courtyard San Angelo)

We’ll first off 7.00$ parking fee. That fee was not there last year we stayed there. Second the jacuzzi was broken. Thirdly we never received our clean towels that I asked for.l before leaving for the day. I had to go back downstairs to get them when I realized they weren’t any clean ones in the room. Fourth they didn’t even come in to pickup the trash from those tiny trash cans. Fifth there was no complimentary breakfast OR coffee downstairs. I didn’t make the coffee in the room because we we’re leaving and thought we’ll just grab some on the way out, nope they were going to charge us. So I did complain to the front desk and she acted like there was nothing she could do about. She just said thank and have a nice day and dismissed me. I paid 247$ to stay there for 2 days and it was worse than during pandemic last year when we were there. BEING CHARGED A CHUNK OF MONEY AND NO AMENITIES FOR JUST SLEEP. I’ll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I’m a VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Needed a quick night to stay, and they provided everything I needed. Let me say the amount of lighting and electricity provided all over the room was very impressive.

Was a very nice, clean, comfortable, nice area, quiet, etc. Too much to say i highly recommend this hotel to everyone. complimentary breakfast not include was the only downer, make sure when you book you have added that to your stay.

Clean comfortable room but bottom of shower was very slippery. Almost fell a couple of times. Also, price should include some type of breakfast. Also, TV streaming service does not carry NBC, which aired Thursday night football! Shocking!

The rooms need better sound proofing, but otherwise the stay was great! I got in town early. I did have to wait some in the lobby, but they were kind enough to help me out with an earlier check-in.

Just not enough parking everything else was great !

My reservation was dropped and was NOT notified until I went to check in. I was not happy! Don’t know if I will be using ********** again to book a room.

The hotel is very clean and in like new condition. The staff was very helpful.

The bed was not pillow top and I could feel the springs. The room size was nice with a mini fridge and microwave in the room and a couch. There was no free coffee or breakfast. There is a bar and libations area where you could purchase drinks and snacks. Our room rate was over $250.
