Besides getting charged twice one with you and another at the hotel bed's were not the size it advertised. Hope someone can call me. 9152645999

Check-in was good, but it is a very loud hotel. It is close to the highway and you could hear traffic all night. You could hear the neighbors on either side and there must’ve been a circus in the room above me because I thought I heard elephants stomping the floor all night.

Room was not ready by check-in time, staff was supposed to call me when it was ready didn’t get into the room until 7:45pm check-in was 3:00 no one called me! 11:45pm staff comes beating on the door trying to get into the room and hides from sight of the peephole in the door, safety latch stops him from getting in room and complained to front desk nothing done about it mgr didn’t even call to apologize nor did staff call to advise they needed to check for a water leak at midnight!!

No frills jewel of a place to stay! For travelers on a budget but who still want clean and comfortable.

Was very clean but looked like a nursing facility. Floors stick on tiles, white walls no pictures, temporary beds. Upon check in at 9pm was told room not ready but I could make the bed if I’d like to get in room sooner.

Ok place to still until around 4:30am. Then the fluid gates open and all hell breaks lose. It got so noisy. Someone banging on something for a constant 45 minutes . A lot of workers staying there and the walls are very thin.

Refreshing comfortable atmosphere, Excellent customer service. We only stay one night but it felt like I never left my home .

Terrible experience. Im here on business and my business ended 2 days early. The hotel refused to give a refund for the remaining days on my trip. This has resulted in me recommending to my company to blacklist this hotel from future use. Hotel is not business trip friendly.

Too many loud, partying, drunk guests! There is no front desk clerk at night! The key never worked. You had to get your own towels each day.
