Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto

It was a good stay

This brand new hotel resort was beautiful! We arrived late and hungry but there were several options for dining inside and outside of the ****** area which we appreciated! We were upgraded to a larger room overlooking TO racetrack. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of this hotel, but had an early departure the next day.

I understand that they just opened, but there are a lot of things that are not properly ironed out yet such as the valet service, it’s extremely long for them to get your car or just to get to the vehicle when we arrive It says that there are vending machines at every ice machine on every floor, but myself and my daughter did not have any vending machines on either floor They will need to find a more efficient way to get everybody into the ****** because they have to card so many people that the wait time to get in over a half an hour I was surprised to have to pay for drinks even in the High Limit area I’m sure they will work on these things but in all I will be going back it’s very nice

We had a great nights stay. The parking is free and plentiful. We parked in the underground and it was heated. The hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless and huge! We stayed in a corner suite. The rooms around us were occupied but we never heard any noise. The hotel is still under construction so there are some areas that were unfinished but didn't affect our stay.

The hotel staff are an remarkable set of ppl. They are so professional, humble and very kind. They greet you with a smile, ask about your day and explain all the details of the hotel thoroughly as they welcome your stay. Sharee , Nilofar, Alona, and Syed are the true definition of Customer Service at its best. Which you dont really find anymore. You all ROCK, and i thank you for everything you all did to make my stay a wonderful experience. 23 days and you all never disappointed. Great job to the GREAT CANADIAN TEAM. 👍

I must say the mamager by the name of Kevin is a very exceptional gentlemen. He greets and welcomes you as if you are at his home. His customer service and courtesy is something i have not seen in a while. Kevin keep it up, managers like you will always make customers as myself come back for the great hospitality and service. Your team as well, are GREAT . Afterall you are the GREAT CANADIAN.

Service was good but I booked for 4 adult and it's so hard to request for additional toiletries. Although they did ask for extra towels but the complimentary bathrob were not provided as it only allowed for too. The beds seems small for queen size... The shampoo was hard to come out from the bottle. Overall since the hotel just opened there still construction going on... Once they have opened all the amenities something to look forward to
