It was a good stay

Nice to have a ****** on the property although the ****** is overrated and over priced. Minimum table bets was $25.00. Way over my budget Should have a shuttle to the airport. Taxi was very expensive. Flat rate was very high for tte short distance.

Clean, well stocked! Staff was exceptional- every single person we encountered was friendly and knowledgable!! ****** was great but more penny and quarter machines should be added. Not everyone can afford 2-3 dollar spins with no wins! We go to the ****** for hours of fun- not minutes.

Even though it wasn't finished we loved the stay. Not far out of down town Toronto (easy subway ride to the Jay's game) and as so brand new didn't look like anyone had stayed in our room yet. Free parking a bonus, and great choice for food options. We will be back when the shows begin!

Property not designed for mobility disabled people at all. Absolutely ZERO guide signs for Taxis to be able to pick you up from HOTEL entrance. Had to frequently walk through ****** or to theatre for pick up. VERY inconvenient.

This is for the hotel —＞ the positives… the staff were friendly, the rooms and building were clean, large space, plenty of parking. Cons, the buildings construction was disruptive and woke us up 2 hours earlier than what the piece of paper notice in the room said it would be active. We appreciate the staff moving us to another room however we had to complain more than once in order to have any action taken on their end. Notice of the construction should have been detailed in the websites booking so that we were aware ahead of time…. The rooms TV did not have any access to entertainment other than outdated cable shows. We couldn’t connect our phones to the tv in order to use Netflix, etc. because you apparently need to have (front desk attendants words) a Samsung phone in order to do so.. I myself own 2 Samsung TVs while having an IPhone and this isn’t an issue I face. If you are going to advertise phone connection to tvs on the pamphlets in the room, please ensure we are able to do so. The bathroom showers leak water all over the floors and our door wouldn’t close without getting stuck and needing another person to open on the other end. If we wanted food or drink we were forced to go all the way into the ****** to access these amenities. I asked if there was somewhere on the hotel side such as a vending machine where I could get a simple drink (such as a soda) and they said no. I was forced to either go all the way into the ****** or use the room service

Beautiful, huge new hotel. Very accommodating, they brought a crib up for my granddaughter. Our room was spotless. A bonus, the next morning we watched some horses going around the racetrack.
