Hola, las instalaciones modernas, el servicio y el café de la habitación fueron excelentes. Lo único que no me pareció justo es que tenías que pagar adicional por el parqueadero.

WOW!!!! This hotel is the total package of; Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen! The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed. Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train. We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it. The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead. The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well! The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus. Our go-to hotel for Toronto! Thank you, Beth and the rest of the staff for the best, restful stay. FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to "Dubai" star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

I’ve stayed here a lot over the years. About a couple dozen times. Unfortunately, there has been a down-grade in its service. It used to provide turn down service. We didn’t get it. It used to have Molton & Brown soaps and shampoos. No longer (but has something of less quality in my view despite the brand is now Canadian). It used to give guests slippers. No more. The room also looked a little tired and worn. The desk area by the window had significant scratches and wear to it. The decor pillows are no longer used. It used to have a beautiful breakfast buffet. Gone. (Perhaps a decision due to the COVID pandemic that ownership may have thought isn’t cost effective to bring back.) Plus, what it cost for a suite a couple years ago only now gets you a regular room. All in all, what used to set this hotel apart from many has been taken away. So we found things now are quite average, except for it’s location if you are going to Scotiabank Arena or Rogers Centre. The location if you’re going to either is excellent.

Loved the location. We were there for a concert, 2 minute walk. Loved the room and the staff. Our only complaint was "hot" food in the breakfast buffet was cold. We told the staff and all we received was "oh no". Hated to finish the stay with that experience, honestly.

Indoor access to Longo's grocery store was a big plus. Walkable to CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. Good nearby restaurant options. Room and bathroom were large and spacious. Window shades were partially broken.
