This is a very nice hotel. The first impressions were brilliant. The receptionist was very friendly and all the staff there couldn't do enough for us. The food was very nice. There was a great selection on offer. The room was very spacious and each day it was cleaned thoroughly. The pool area was spotless and facilities were top class. We had no complaints about anything in this hotel. We will be back. Well done to all.

Super friendly welcome from Javier, who explained how everything worked with our All inclusive package at the hotel. Our emailed room request was taken On board and we had the most fabulous view from our balcony. There were many Food choices, from daily staples such as pasta, rice, chips and burgers as well as different daily menus which included lots of different types of fish and meats, breakfast also catered for everyone, no freshly cooked omlette or a la crate dining but as good as Any other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Excellent location including proximity to shopping and the beach, Photos really don’t do the hotel enough justice.

This hotel has been the cleanest hotel I've stayed in when in Spain or Portugal. This isn't surprising given that their staff are very visible so you can see them do a great job. They were all very welcoming and friendly when you passed them in the hallways. Breakfast was good; a selection of hams/meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurts. It can get a little busy some days, so best to get there early. The location is great for La Carihuela. This is a lively stretch of beach with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops. Its less than 10 minute walk away from Torrenolinos for the airport train, or a half an hour walk from Benalmadena along the beach.

This is a lovely hotel, right on the beach. The food was amazing, always something for all tastes…the hotel’s theme was amazing (Sinatra) etc was different….made it unique. There was entertainment every night which for low season was a really good touch. Drinks prices were reasonable…..overall, we loved it and simply cannot find fault.

A beautiful hotel and it’s in a great location. It’s spotlessly clean and very modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were there on a half board basis and the food was very nice. Prosecco at breakfast was a nice touch. Our only small gripe and it was nothing really, was that the internet dropped out quite often only on the English channels for some strange reason. There was only a couple of channels English speaking and all of the other channels worked fine when the English ones didn’t. Each room had a sea view to some extent and the views were outstanding. A perfect atmosphere which we hope is the same in the summer as we plan to go back.

Hotel is absolutely spotless and decorated really well, all staff were friendly, the kids entertainers were all amazing, we went at Halloween and the hotel was decorated amazing, the entertainers took the kids trick or treating around the hotel they absolutely loved it, food was really nice, lots of choice. My only complain would be the size of the rooms, we were a family of 3, 2 adults and a 9 year old, the rooms can just about fit a double bed in, then they put a pull up bed in there, we couldn’t even put our cases away, we lived out of the one suit case as the room just about accommodates 2 people then the other cases had to go on the balcony as there is no room at all to put them away, it was a very tight squeeze, i don’t know if they offer bigger rooms but maybe check before booking, beach is opposite with a lovely walk down to benalmadena, lots of pools, they were really cold this time of year so the indoor pool was amazing. It’s a lovely hotel, I would definitely return if a bigger room was available.

Another lovely stay at la barracuda, roof top bar is amazing ( draft beer would make it perfect) The sea view from our room was fantastic, Barracuda has a large pool so great if you want to do some proper swimming . Simply go out the promenade gate and your on the beach front , with its abundance of beach restaurants and bars serving everything from tapas , fresh fish and amazing paella. Breakfast at the hotel is pretty good and most the staff helpful . We are returning in a few weeks for a family holiday , which is probably the best praise I can give the hotel !!!!!

I have just returned from a two week stay at Hotel Perla Del Sur This is a very clean, friendly run hotel in a perfect location On arrival I met Hector and Sala (may have spelled these wrong) They are very friendly as are all the other staff and couldn't do enough for me throughout my stay. My room was excellent, and always immaculate once I got back from the beach after being cleaned - and anyone that cleans up after me deserves the highest praise! The bed was comfy, the air-con is a must especially for the time of year I usually visit, and so I slept wonderfully every night. The shower was great and the sun terrace was perfect to relax and soak up the evening sun right to the end. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely want to stay again when I am back next year. I think I was lucky this time with it still being a new hotel, but I may be out of luck next time as I think this place is going to become even more popular!

I have just returned home from a short stay at this beautiful hotel and i cannot fault it. We arrived at midnight and the two gentleman on reception were so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and a great selection of fresh foods at dinner also. We asked for extra towels and pillows very late one of the nights and these were delivered to our room within ten minutes. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The pool area, toilets, and all other parts of the hotel were so clean. The reception staff, bar staff, and maids were so friendly and they could not do enough for you. Great location with the beach front and town centre a short walk away. We got a very good deal to stay here and given the five star treatment we received, we will most definately be returning in the future.

The Griego is a very nice hotel and ideally located, just minutes from the centre and station. The rooms are clean, spacious and serviced daily. Beds very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and a good size en-suite with efficient shower over bath. All rooms have balconies and are served by lifts. Unfortunately not enough. All the staff are amazing, so cheerful but very hard working. We are full of praise for the hotel and would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately we chose the wrong time for our visit. The Spanish retiree season. The hotel was 85/90% full of Spanish retirees. We do not blame the hotel - the retirees guarantee out of season capacity but they dominate everything. They cluster in groups and can be quite loud as the women talk, (or rather, shout), over each other. They dawdle, stop or change direction in the passageways and dining room, where they love to bump chairs, forcing their way through. They jump queues, push in and overfill lifts regardless. They attend the Entertainments Bar early to re-arrange the tables and chairs for their groupings then take turns for dinner in order to hold their seating all evening. We could not watch any entertainment during our week as there was just no room. As said, fundamentably, The Griego is a great hotel but I believe that at least one block, possibly two, have been added over the years and both the Entertainments Bar and main Dining Room are far too small for the increased capacity. Notices display the peak dining times. It is best to take heed and dine early as the queues become horrendous. Tables are tightly packed and coupled with the retirees attitudes, dining is bedlam. It works only due to the efficiency of the overworked staff. How they remain cheerful and smiling is commendable. Full marks to them. Generally there is great choice for all meals and the food trays are replenished frequently but we found the cooked breakfasts, eggs, bacon, sausages etc, lukewarm, though there were plenty of other choices. All said, we loved the hotel. Would we go again - yes but later in the year with the retirees absent.

Just back from a nice 4 day day at Costa Park. Travelled with my husband and 3 year old. This was our 2nd visit as we loved it so much last year as did our toddler. We had really bad weather all week but the entertainment team worked really hard to keep everyone entertainment during the day and night. The staff are really brilliant and so welcoming in all areas - never once did we experience any rude staff at this hotel. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are nice and spacious (we were in room 2118 overlooking the main stage area). There were 2 big areas we were massively let down on this time compared to last year- 1. The evening entertainment - this was very basic and watered down in comparison to last year. Last year they had excellent entertainment every night after the mini disco - amazing acrobat shows, big elaborate family productions (Disney themed etc) but this year it was just bingo and a disco each night. I suspect that this could have been due to the fact we travelled in mid March (pre busy season) and/or they had limited space indoors due to the weather. But having experienced the excellent entertainment last time we were left disappointed this time as we went expecting a similar entertainment experience, especially with paying premium prices for Easter week. The staff that were there did the best with the tools that they had though, no disrespect to them whatsoever and they were great with the kids. 2. The food - the food in the main buffet has massively gone down hill. In 4 days we found it very repetitive with options limited for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The salad bar and breads were great but the hot food usually consisted of really poor quality meats and fish (fatty, chewy, boney etc) and greasy vegetables with chips. I found it odd that apart from fresh fries there were never any other carb accompanents for the main dishes - no potatoes, mash, rice etc, always just chips. They did paella a few times but this was often unedible with really chewy seafood and broken/smashed clamshells in it everywhere. I resorted to bread and soup most meals. We were all inclusive but I also found it really annoying that at lunch and dinner you had to ask one of the waiters to turn the beer and fizzy drinks machine on everytime you wanted a refill. It was quite hard to get their attention during busy periods so we often just gave up and drank water as we couldn't be bothered waiting every time. When I asked why it just wasn't left on one if the waiters told me it's because most people aren't all inclusive and if they leave that area unsupervised the non inclusive guests just help themselves. I understand that but the paying all inclusive guests shouldn't be penalised for this. We didn't get half the drinks we wanted because they just weren't accessible to us, not without a lengthy wait anyway. This didn't happen last year. We would potentially go back as the facilities, pool area etc and staff are just fantastic but I definitely wouldn

Where do I start?? (1) First of all they stated ”Facilities for disabled guests” that is a lie as there are no facilities for disabled guests, it also states ”Wheelchair accessible” it is impossible to get a wheelchair in the bathroom. There isn't any grab bar by the toilet and to get a shower you have to have help as the shower is in the bath!! (2) They state they are Adults Only Apartments....this is also untrue as there are people who live there permanently and have children and dogs. The apartment next door to us had 3 dogs that barked incessently. The apartment opposite ours that our friends were staying at had an unfriendly Dalmation that jumped up when you went out to sit on the balcony. There were also piles of dog poo that the owner was slow to clear up. (3) The apartment itself needed major updating. We had to ask for a Kettle and plugs for the sinks. We were given one plug a few days later but we'd already bought a bowl for the sink. There were no plugs for the bathroom sink or bath. The shower was dismal as you had to keep tap on while having a shower otherwise shower would spray all round the room. One of the drawers in the bedroom cabinet had a gaping hole. This was pointed out to manager.... The sofa bed had a broken leg so you could not sit on it let alone sleep on it. (4) The view from the balcony was,dismal and dirty and in the shade all day. I would only give it 1 and that's because of it's location. You are in the thick of it, so to speak, and if you go out most of the day and night then maybe this apartment block would suit you. But I certainly would not recommend it for couples or for people with disabilities.

Super friendly welcome from Javier, who explained how everything worked with our All inclusive package at the hotel. Our emailed room request was taken On board and we had the most fabulous view from our balcony. There were many Food choices, from daily staples such as pasta, rice, chips and burgers as well as different daily menus which included lots of different types of fish and meats, breakfast also catered for everyone, no freshly cooked omlette or a la crate dining but as good as Any other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Excellent location including proximity to shopping and the beach, Photos really don’t do the hotel enough justice.

A beautiful hotel and it’s in a great location. It’s spotlessly clean and very modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were there on a half board basis and the food was very nice. Prosecco at breakfast was a nice touch. Our only small gripe and it was nothing really, was that the internet dropped out quite often only on the English channels for some strange reason. There was only a couple of channels English speaking and all of the other channels worked fine when the English ones didn’t. Each room had a sea view to some extent and the views were outstanding. A perfect atmosphere which we hope is the same in the summer as we plan to go back.

I have just returned from a two week stay at Hotel Perla Del Sur This is a very clean, friendly run hotel in a perfect location On arrival I met Hector and Sala (may have spelled these wrong) They are very friendly as are all the other staff and couldn't do enough for me throughout my stay. My room was excellent, and always immaculate once I got back from the beach after being cleaned - and anyone that cleans up after me deserves the highest praise! The bed was comfy, the air-con is a must especially for the time of year I usually visit, and so I slept wonderfully every night. The shower was great and the sun terrace was perfect to relax and soak up the evening sun right to the end. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely want to stay again when I am back next year. I think I was lucky this time with it still being a new hotel, but I may be out of luck next time as I think this place is going to become even more popular!

The Griego is a very nice hotel and ideally located, just minutes from the centre and station. The rooms are clean, spacious and serviced daily. Beds very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and a good size en-suite with efficient shower over bath. All rooms have balconies and are served by lifts. Unfortunately not enough. All the staff are amazing, so cheerful but very hard working. We are full of praise for the hotel and would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately we chose the wrong time for our visit. The Spanish retiree season. The hotel was 85/90% full of Spanish retirees. We do not blame the hotel - the retirees guarantee out of season capacity but they dominate everything. They cluster in groups and can be quite loud as the women talk, (or rather, shout), over each other. They dawdle, stop or change direction in the passageways and dining room, where they love to bump chairs, forcing their way through. They jump queues, push in and overfill lifts regardless. They attend the Entertainments Bar early to re-arrange the tables and chairs for their groupings then take turns for dinner in order to hold their seating all evening. We could not watch any entertainment during our week as there was just no room. As said, fundamentably, The Griego is a great hotel but I believe that at least one block, possibly two, have been added over the years and both the Entertainments Bar and main Dining Room are far too small for the increased capacity. Notices display the peak dining times. It is best to take heed and dine early as the queues become horrendous. Tables are tightly packed and coupled with the retirees attitudes, dining is bedlam. It works only due to the efficiency of the overworked staff. How they remain cheerful and smiling is commendable. Full marks to them. Generally there is great choice for all meals and the food trays are replenished frequently but we found the cooked breakfasts, eggs, bacon, sausages etc, lukewarm, though there were plenty of other choices. All said, we loved the hotel. Would we go again - yes but later in the year with the retirees absent.

員工非常先進, 我們3小時前就登機, 沒有加價! 早餐很棒,夠了。酒店的位置在市中心,大約15分鐘的步行到海灘。而且,很乾淨,唯一的批評點是空調不良,電視的遙控器缺少,但是,誰在假期看電視已經感興趣,而且我們沒有在接待機上缺席,否則肯定會立即修復的。每次都再次 definitively推!!!

A beautiful hotel and it’s in a great location. It’s spotlessly clean and very modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were there on a half board basis and the food was very nice. Prosecco at breakfast was a nice touch. Our only small gripe and it was nothing really, was that the internet dropped out quite often only on the English channels for some strange reason. There was only a couple of channels English speaking and all of the other channels worked fine when the English ones didn’t. Each room had a sea view to some extent and the views were outstanding. A perfect atmosphere which we hope is the same in the summer as we plan to go back.
