Check in was very smooth however we were not notified at any time that there was no hot water. When we went to shower in the morning before traveling, we were in for a shock. After speaking with management about it on check out, there was no offer of compensation other than an apology for no hot water. After pushing the fact that paying over $100 for a room with no ability to shower was not reasonable, I was finally able to get a partial refund.
