特拉布宗佐盧大飯店(Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon)

The hotel at the Heart of Meydan market and it was really good location for me while it was hard to get their using GPS, as the car entrance is from a specific side, and with the help of the hotel customer service I was able to reach their OTOPark. 👍🏻

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز و نظيف ولكن لا اسكن به مره اخرى بسبب لا يوجد تكيف في الغرف فقط تدفئه وإذا فتحنا النوافذ هناك ازعاج في الشارع من السيارات والناس لم نستطع ننام أنا و عائلتي لا نستطيع أن نتنفس اذا اغلقنا النوافذ وإذا افتحنا النوافذ هناك ازعاج لا انصح به وشكرا 17,2,2024

Vreselijk Hotel. Dit hotel heeft ernstige problemen en heeft dringende renovatie nodig. 1. Hygiene is een grote nul 2. Is definitief geen 5 sterren hotel 3. Eten geeft geen smaak 4. Slechte roomservice 5. Slechte wifi 6. De directeur van de loby moet dringend vervangen worden Dit hotel is zeker niet aan te raden. Ik heb nog nooit zo een schande gezien in mijn leven

Advertising on the website, claims to be a five star hotel, But I really wouldn't give it at most 2 stars. Since the quality of the furniture aré really bad, the mattress in the suites Is very bad you fill like a water mattress. I spoke with the manager and she tell me there are new mattress, and I make a claim because I paid a 5 stars hotel like they advertising in there own website and she answer me do what you want, I do not care about. Better look another place to stay and do not throw away your money, nor fall into deception.

Good location, near shopping area , cafes and restaurants Easy to reach the beach

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!
