I would recommend this property even though they were in the process of installing new pool, they made sure I was comfortable. 180 Degrees from just across the inlet at the Bsy hotel and Marina. Will never recommend Bay even though Front Area is attractive.

Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar, da er erneuert wurde (Stand 02/2024). Ansonsten eine praktische und saubere, sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft in Treasure Island.

I hesitated at first to write a review but finally thought other people need to know some details before they book. Please know that this property is not designed for relaxing and comfortable stay, at least not the quiet one. First of all, the equipment and AC units are very outdated, they are super noisy and dirty - we were sniffing nonstop when inside. The noise of AC was very noticeable, especially during the night, but kind of bearable, with the help of ear plugs. But our room was located in front of some bigger AC unit which was absolutely unbearable at night. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights, and my stay was greatly affected by this. Who want this on their well-deserved vacation time? I talked to the hotel reps - nothing was done. On the second day at least one of the ladies agreed that in the morning they will provide different room, and I have this written in the text messages. Next morning it was another lady who refused providing another room. We had friends staying at the different room and they confirmed that from their bedroom they couldn't hear that terrible noise, so asking for another room was very reasonable. Since I couldn't risk my sleep for the remaining days, we had to check out and book a different hotel. They refused to refund the remaining days even if it was their fault that we had to check out early. First time I saw the customer service like this. They could rent out our room for the remaining days and charge double. So unethical! Please stay away!

We used to come here and loved it! But the owners changed now and it sucks now! Room very small, It did say for two but what we got is much too small with no closet space, Service was terrible, never changed towel, sheets or even asked if we need anything and when we asked about extra sleeping space I was told to go get a mattress at Walmart. Not cheap either. This is was our last time here for sure!!!!

Pool empty. Not a great experience. Someone loitering in a car outside. Cancelled my stay and went elsewhere.

Room was nasty bed sheets and pillows covered were not changed from previous renters. Hair on the bed and blood on the pillow case. Over was nasty.looked like it haven’t been cleaned for years

Shower didn’t work. Motel is quite dated. Got a room somewhere else
