特羅吉爾多瑞飯店(Hotel Trogirski Dvori)

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été particulièrement mal reçus par les propriétaires sous couvert qu'ils n'acceptaient pas les chiens contrairement aux indications du site (qu'ils se sont empressés de changer quelques minutes après notre arrivée). D'autant qu'ils ont voulu nous facturer 50€ pour les chiens (indiqué comme gratuits) pour "payer la femme de ménage". Probablement que cette dernière fait le reste du ménage bénévolement. Heureusement Hôtel.com a été très réactif et á l'écoute et ont pu négocier pour nous auprès de l'hôtelier afin que nous puissions rester sans frais pour nos chiens (aucun autre hôtel dispo à cette période). Par ailleurs, photos trompeuses (vous ne logerez pas dans le beau bâtiment des photos), panneau indiquant 3* mais hotel même pas digne de leur 2*. La chasse d'eau et les canalisations du voisin font tellement de bruit qu'il faut prier pour que personne ne les utilise la nuit. Literie dure comme du béton. Propreté ok mais pas parfaite et semble-t-il l'hotel ne fait le lit que pour la moitié des clients de la chambre (sans parler des tâches sur les draps de qualité médiocre). Un point positif neanmoins: la possibilité de se rendre à pied dans la vieille ville(compter 30min). Petit déjeuner buffet OK mais pas forcément ravitaillé après 9:30. Hotel situé en bordure d'une route très passante avec parking de l'autre côté, dangereux. En conclusion, nous ne reviendrons pas, avec ou sans chien et nous vous conseillons de choisir un autre établissement.

Pool with sunbeds and parasols. Friendly staff. Got an upgrade from triple room to apartement in the newest building. Great restaurant with delicious food, especially the pizzaes. Take bus 37 two stops to get to Trogir center. A bakery just across the road. Poorly breakfast with dry croissants, juice tasted like water, no strawberry jam and too little fruit and vegetables to chose from. Noise from airplanes landing and taking off during the day.

Staff was very helpful when asked questions. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice toiletries available. The area was lovely and only a 20 minute walk from Old Town Trogir and a 10-15 minute car ride from Split Airport. Would definitely recommend

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay away!! Long story short the owner ended up threatening one of the group by smashing a tray of glass, doing a ‘cut-throat motion’ and going for the broken shard before his colleagues pulled him away apologising. This came completely out of the blue and without any warning. Apparently, which we got explained by another employer later, the owner thought we were too many people going in and out of the room, bear in mind this was a family trip and we had only been checked in for 3 hours, and instead of speaking or asking about it, he went straight into complete rage. We immediately took our bags and got as quickly as we could out of there, and *********** completely understandable of the situation cancelled our reservation without any cost. When he realised he wouldn’t get any money (he thought we had pre-paid) he came down the street after us, following us. The rest of the staff were really nice, but if the owner are around you’re in fear of him completely losing his temper without any warning and at risk of getting seriously injured.

Hotel is bit outside of Trogir. Parking is nice and plenty. We had nice comfortable bed in pretty small room so no place for luggage. Hotel's stuff was very helpful and accommodating. Nice small backyard pool with relax area.

Friendly hotel, very clean and staff were great. Air conditioning didn’t really work which wasn’t helpful. TV also didn’t work. The evening food was good especially the pizza, need more options for dessert. Breakfast wasn’t great, needed more hot food options. All in all not a bad hotel but could still make improvements.

Not recommended and very dissappointed! We wanted a hotel close to the airport for the last night of our trip, because of some specific services and facilities. However, the hotel staff refused to help us with an airport shuttle and with breakfast at 6.30 am (normally it would start at 7), even though we agreed on this beforehand, and paid for it! Therefore we had to make a lot of extra and unneccessary costs. The staff was just rude. Didn't speak proper English. No reception available, we constantly had to search for the staff in the bar or restaurant. The literal only good thing was the kind housekeeping lady, and the cleanliness of the property. We're very dissappointed and we would never come back nor would we recommend this place.

Great restaurant and bar up front. Regular store across the street. Friendly, great management!

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Literally 6 minutes from the Split Airport. Also just a 20 minute walk to the old town. Free parking right by the rooms appreciated.
