The facilities is very good, it has common kitchen and area. Also it provides free tea and coffee and snacks. However the common kitchen closes at 10:00pm, it a bit inconvenient for that. The WiFi is also a bit weak, sometime phone cannot connect.

Great location, not far from the center of the town and not far from the best restaurants! nice repeptionist! there is only one bathroom and one shower on each floor, which can be too little at times. Worked out for us tho!
We were able to see the northern lights from our window!

Das Hotel ist super. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ordentlich und gepflegt. Badezimmer sauber. Große Küche, wenn man sich etwas kochen will. In 10 Minuten läuft man überall hin in Tromsø. Kaffee, Tee und Kekse gibt’s umsonst. Und jeden Tag zwischen 4-7 kann man sich Waffeln machen gratis. Was für eine tolle Idee! Wir waren total happy mit unserem Aufenthalt und dem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Small room with no closet or place to hang your clothes, and there was no elevator, but everything was proper and clean, the shared kitchen was fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
