納斯費爾德法朗茲費迪南阿里納飯店(Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld)

Heerlijk hotel met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Eten is super; echt van goede kwaliteit. Skies op de kamer is even wennen, maar eigenlijk wel prima. Douche in de kamer vond ik niet fijn, liever in het halletje. De afwerking van de kamer is in principe okay, maar het is allemaal wel van het niveau " een blind paard richt er geen schade aan". Tsja en dan is de prijs toch vrij fors. Wij waren er in de carnavalsvakantie en dan zijn de wachtrijen voor de gondel echt heel lang. Als je om 8.00 uur bij de lift bent, prima maar 1,5 uur wachten tot je boven bent is geen uitzondering. Boven verdeelt alles zich Verde wel goed en kun je meestal zo doorlopen bij de liften.

Charme und Qualität einer Jugendherberge, ein Architekt hat wohl nicht mitgewirkt. Im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers befindet sich auf ca. 1/4 der Zimmerfläche der private Skiraum, dunkel, Beton, Stahlbank, Skiständer, Skischuhewärmer, sehr wohnlich, man meint zunächst sich im falschen Raum zu befinden. Waschbecken im Zimmer, Duschschrank nix für Klaustrophobiker. Einzelzimmer haben Größe und Komfort eines modernen Strafvollzugsanstalt. Personal langweilig, häufig der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Postiv ist eine brauchbare Wein- und Getränkekarte zu vernünftigen Preisen. Sicher nie wieder.

Hotel studiato e dedicato principalmente ad un utente che pratica attività sportive outdoor ( Sci, MTB, Trekking, ecc. ). La struttura e di design, particolare nel suo genere, molto pulita, personale cortese e disponibile. Per il turista che cerca confort, forse non è proprio adatto. Infatti la zona wellness è in uno "scantinato", abbastanza squallida, dotata solo di due saune. Nuova e molto bella la sala Fitness, situata al piano superiore della nuova costruzione che ospita la piscina interna ed esterna. Camere piccola, ma pulita, una porta la separa dalla anticamera per la attrezzatura sportiva. La parete di accesso , in vetro oscurato. con luce interna accesa, in trasparenza, non garantisce privacy. Cena a Buffet, da migliorare molto l'offerta gastronomica, sembra più un apericena, alle 20:00 cominciano a ritirare tutto dal buffet, quindi si deve cenare al massimo alle 19:30. Colazione abbastanza buona, nella norma. Diciamo che per quanto riguarda la parte food, camere e wellness, non è da 4 stelle. Non dispone di garage, solo parcheggio. Comunque nel complesso non è male, per un paio di notti va bene, se devi fare una settimana di solo relax, forse meglio trovare altra sistemazione.

Forse l'unica cosa migliorabile è l'offerta del buffet serale.Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Unseren Sommerurlaub verbrachten wir im Familienzimmer. Dieses war sauber und sehr gut. Vor allem der Vorraum ist super zum Sachen verstauen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, auch wenn der Ort selber wenig zu bieten hat. Service und Essen sind sehr gut und für die Kinder wird mit der Kletterwand ein Highlight geboten. Das Hotel ist auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlenswert.

We have been skiing for many years and this hotel is one of the best. My wife always complains about lack of storage. Not here, you have your own ski and boot room attached to your room, brilliant. The other standard requirements are a decent shower and bed. Both top quality. The staff were so polite and friendly all around. Food was self service buffet style and again all top quality. Jonas looked after us, thank you, you were a star. The next thing we look for is closeness to the lifts, and it is the closest we’ve ever been. You need to be out early to avoid queues. The bar was quiet but prices good for a main hotel. We even ventured into the spa and outdoor pool. The design and layout of this hotel is brilliant, not your usual Austrian appearance. Even has a tall climbing wall in the centre of the atrium. A really great ski hotel, and probably great for summer bike and walking trips.

I’m not sure why this review has taken me so long to write as this hotel is absolutely outstanding in every single way. We went as a large(ish) group of friends , 6 x adults, 8 x kids and 1 x baby (and a partridge in a pear tree 😉) over New Year. It was our kids first time skiing and the whole resort, hotel, amenities did not disappoint! Walking distance to the slopes, in room ski/boot room, ski hire next door, incredible breakfast and evening buffet with high quality (healthy) and varied food choices plus lots of added extras that make this hotel really special. I’m not sure how we managed it but we skiied all day, came back to the hotel, went swimming in the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool (with view of the slopes) the kids went off to the kids clubs (fully staffed with brilliant people so parental supervision not required), adults chilled at the bar and then for our evening meal (which once the kids had finished they resumed their wide variety of activities in the kids club allowing us to have more wine and really relax!) A party was put on by the hotel for NYE complete with oysters, photo booth, fireworks, live music and goulash soup at midnight. Plus other evening entertainment on various nights. The climbing wall was a big hit and available at any point during the day/night, we didn’t use it as much as we’d envisioned as there was so much else to do! Yes the rooms are a touch clunky and loud when in the boot room area but once in the bedroom section the noise is minimal and the beds super comfy. And let’s be honest, all you’re doing is sleeping there so it was more than perfect Since returning, we’re planning our next trip already, best skiing holiday ever, Nassfeld and the Franz Ferdinand hotel really are outstanding!

Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. Unusual rooms in that you have your own, personal boot room in an area in front of your hotel room - makes it so much easier than the usual boot rooms in hotels. Food was excellent, bar, reception & cleaning staff all really helpful. Rooms basic but clean & shower was fab after a days skiing. Hotel is really close to lift & ski hire shop. Lovely place - would definitely recommend.

First impression is rather prison like, with huge open space and balconies. There is an unfinished feel about the place Ruth walls made of concrete slabs, poorly fitted plasterboard just painted over and ceilings that show all the wiring and heating circuits. However the great facilities, all free to use and the excellent food at breakfast and particularly in the evening outweighs everything else. DO NOT expect a Mountain View! For some reason the architect decided to include exterior panelling that blocks 75% of the view from every room, which is a real shame. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are excellent.
