Chải nghiệm của tôi lần đầu đến với sapa,tôi đã được bạn quản lý khách sạn,hướng dẫn chỉ đường nhiệt tình,khách sạn có đội ngũ nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình,thật sự chu đáo,bữa sáng phong phú với nhiều sự lựa chọn,viêw ăn sáng đẹp lãhg mạng thoáng mát,phòng thi vô cùng hợp lý,gường to sach sẽ,nói chung tôi rất hài lòng với sự phục vụ của đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn,các bạn vẫn là sự lựa chọn tiếp theo của tôi khi đến với sapa,Chúc sk tất cả.🌹

Wir konnen Bereits am Morgen früh bei der Ankunft die Zimmer beziehen und durfen am Abreisetag nochmals eine Dusche und einen Powernap in einem Hotelzimmer geniessen und das alles ohne Aufpreis! Zum Abschluss bekamen wir von der freundlichen Dame an der Reception noch zwei Bahn Mi für die Reise über. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für diesen Super Service!! ich kann jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen, man ist in wenigen Metern im Zentrum und hat eine schöne Aussicht über den See und die Bergen! Danke für alles!

Great location, quiet rooms, fantastic breakfast with great views and amazing cinnamon tea in foyer !!!! The receptionist was above and beyond as we’re all of the staff. Best breakfast so far. Banana pancake with chocolate mmmm and lots lots more, even cheese and ham!! Arranged a fantastic VIP bus to Tam Coc and arranged super quick laundry service.

Really liked this hotel. Not too big and had a more personal feel. Can definitely recommend the higher floor rooms with balcony as had an amazing view over the mountains and lake which constantly changed throughout the day. Arrived early in the morning and as soon as current room occupants checked out they cleaned the room so able to check in by 10am. Mr Kim the manager was lovely and genuinely wanted to ensure our stay was good. Room itself was a decent size and balcony was amazing. Breakfast room also had a lovely view and the choice of breakfast items were the best I had in Vietnam. Fresh juice, various fruit options as well as the usual egg choices and yummy pancakes. Location was ideal as by lake, not too far from the market and the main square. They can also organise private tours if required. This isn't a posh hotel but I would definitely recommend for friendly service and the views. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Lovely small hotel very close to the centre of Sapa but in a quiet street. Mr Kim the manager is very friendly helpful, he organised bus and train tickets for us at very good prices. His communication before our stay was brilliant answering lots of questions for us. He can arrange homestays in the hills having a range to choose from. Breakfast is very good and served in a lovely room with a big terrace. The bedrooms with balconies have a good view of Sapa lake. Very good laundry service.

We booked this hotel because of its location and previous reviews. We stayed for 6 days and we upgraded when we got here at 8.00 am, on the overnight train from Hanoi. And more amazingly the room was ready! The staff are super, really helpful and knowledgeable. The room was incredibly comfortable especially the bed, which is so important! Definitely recommended.

Sadly, we only stayed for one night but had a great stay at the Sapa Queen Mountain House. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. We had an early start on the morning we left, before breakfast was being served and they kindly made us a breakfast to take with us on the bus. Our room was large and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed. We don't often write about towels - usually because they are not very good - but at the Sapa Queen Mountain House they were wonderful. The hotel was located close to the lake and the main tourist areas.

Un accueil d’exception !! L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes du centre-ville à pied, un peu sur les hauteurs. Les chambres sont très agréables, spacieuses et lumineuses. Le propriétaire nous a tellement bien accueilli, il nous a permis de prendre notre chambre dès notre arrivée à 7:00 AM, quel bonheur après une nuit dans le bus!! Il nous a gardé nos sacs pendant notre trekking de 2 jours et nous a mis une chambre à disposition lors de notre retour car la fille était malade. Un immense merci à Mr Kim. C’était vraiment incroyable !!
