Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

Staff had to be told over and over and over again that we needed towels. No discount for renting 11 rooms multiple nights and most staff acted like the large party was bringing too much work. The only trash can in rooms was in bathrooms. Would not choose this as a place for stay again very disappointed.

Notified on arrival they charge $20/night for parking. On departure, they had charged $27/night for valet parking. No courtesy coffee in lobby, but the bar doubles as a Starbucks from 6am-noon. No continental breakfast, but the lobby restaurant is happy to charge you a fine-dining experience for fancy hotel food. I ordered the same thing from the restaurant 5 straight nights and was charged a completely different price every night ($10, $12, $17, $18, & $20). Never hit happy hour, just random charges for the same thing. Just felt like they nickled and dimed the price up from "reasonable enough" to "wowsa!" Pool is 3.5' deep. Its a soaker, not a swimmer. Gym was solid, thankfully. Staff was pleasant.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, has everything you can need. The food was good in the lobby, had some live music to listen to. Pool is a little small for the size of the hotel but it served its purpose well. Only down side was I found a lock of hair in a wrapped up washcloth and that was weird, disturbing, gross and funny all at the same time. Aside from that everything was great.

Excelente hotel, nuevo con todo muy bien, lo unico a mejorar, incluyan el estacionamiento en la tarifa, para mi gusto 20 dlls diarios no lo vale, en casi ningun lugar en Tucson lo cobran.

We loved our visit to this establishment. The room was beautiful and the hotel itself was clean. The staff was wonderful. I had checked out and thought I had left my sunglasses behind so I called them. They immediately went to check the room for me and texted me back right away! I highly recommend this facility!

Convenient, quiet and clean! We enjoyed our last 2 stays at the Hilton in Downtown Tucson. The bartender was excellent (wish I could remember his name-it started with an A), and the parking attendants were super friendly and helpful. We enjoy staying here very much!

This property is amazing. Professional and their customer service is awesome and it starts with the Valet staff. Tyler, not sure on name, long shoulder length hair young man who worked Friday evening made sure my husband was well taken care of since my husband is in a wheelchair. That was the icing on the cake. Thank you.
