美國西雅圖索斯森特長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Southcenter)

The toilet doesn't work, the photos on travilocity show a different hotel apparently. There is no workout room or pool. The muffins for breakfast are terrible. It's super clean and the front desk staff are nice.

Older property, but felt safe enough. Fairly quiet and easy to access the airport and shopping areas. I realize it is extended stay but there were no paper towels or cups/plates/pots provided. Cigarette stains in bathroom looked very old. Parking easy.

The units were good. Access to HWY and city were good. A bit out dated and no sport/pool facility. Breakfast was minimal. In fact there was chocolate bars and coffee only.

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, las habitaciones están contaminadas con olor de cigarro, fue muy decepcionante nuestra estadía, sucios los elevadores, pasillos, etc.

Door keys faulty- had to replace and they still only worked after several tries. Dark room.

This hotel should be condemned. My family and I stayed here during our military move from Hawaii to Texas via the port of Tacoma. We chose this hotel because it is close to Seatac and because it is “pet friendly.” There is a $20 per pet per night fee which I was not aware of when we picked the hotel—This added a huge cost to our stay. We had 2 rooms. The rooms smell foul, like a combination of sewage, mildew, wet animals, and ********* smoke mixed with the overwhelming odor of fragranced cleaning supplies. The shower in my room had a hair ball blocking the drain. The room that my father was assigned had a toilet that did not flush and had a bowel movement in the toilet from a precious guest. We told the front desk employee about these issues and asked for a different room. She was unconcerned and said she would place a work order for the toilet. No other room was offered nor was a refund. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay at this chain again.

They overbooked our stay. They didn't have our room available. We had to settle for an accessible non-smoking room that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They say we'll get a refund. I guess we'll see.
